The communication with host was excellent. However the pictures posted about rental is very misleading. I don’t believe furniture has been updated since 20 years. Dining room chairs not stable and dirty. Refrigerator dirty. And the beds were not elevated and at floor level. Stove in kitchen was cracked from previous rental family. Was replaced on our 5th day. Thankful there was flat top griddle. We are family that eats at home & only snack at parks. Floors & carpet were nasty!

Photos do not accurately represent the condition of this house. Dirty baseboards, stains on carpet, furniture in poor condition. Dirt and hair on dining room table. Dead bird in the pool. Mold on sliding glass doors. Dried contacts on nightstand. Rental company, Magic Box Vacation, would not move us or refund our money. Said furniture was normal wear and tear and could confirm the house was professionally cleaned the day before. House has been neglected for quite some time and photos has not been updated.

Stunning house!!!

This is one of the best places I have stayed in. The house is just like the pictures. It has Stunning view from the balcony. I was able to see the most amazing sunrise and sunsets. Will definitely recommend you staying here. Staff very friendly and easy to communicate with. I ask to do a check- in a few hours early and they were so easy to accommodate for me. I will definitely be coming back..

Perfect for family of 9

Close to Disney. Nice quiet neighborhood. Loved the pool and each bedroom had a bathroom. Very spacious. Bring your own wash clothes and toilet paper. Also there were no mixing bowls, measuring cups, thing like that so we had to improvise to make pancakes. But We would stay here again.

Family “reunion”

Wonderful family trip! Comfortable rooms and lots of space. Convenient for my older Mom with a big room on the bottom floor. I wish the kitchen was better stocked, there were no bowls or serving platters. The pool was great, I’m glad we paid the extra fees to have it heated. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Orlando getaway

All adults trip to celebrate a birthday. House was as described in photos. Spacious and clean. Furniture did have signs of wear. Towels were small and rough feeling. Great location close to everything but also out of the way for peace and quiet. We would definitely book again

I was not pleased! The house overall was just okay. The carpet was filthy, the furniture was raggedy, broken and falling apart. The AC vents had mildew or some sort of stains all around them, one of the King beds had a dip in the center of the mattress

Nice Family Experience

House was Beautiful. Every bedroom had a bathroom which was a plus. The Pool was awesome. And any issues we had, all of them were fixed in a timely manner. Only problem was not knowing garbage pickup times. And it would be nice if the beds had box springs. But other than that we would definitely stay here again

Beautiful with Peaceful Surroundings

The house is gorgeous. Had a little hiccup during check-in, but host/customer service were quick to fix it. There is a lot of information provided before check-in so reading is fundamental. You have to bring your own wash clothes but towels and hand towels are provided. The kitchen should be stocked with more glassware. But we made due. All in all the house is beautiful. Plenty of room. The pool was right on point especially with us requesting it to be heated.

Great space! Only a couple complaints!

Our stay was great, and we enjoyed the home, and location! The blinds do not all work, and the pool was WAY WAY too hot to enjoy. Paying to heat the pool was a complete waste of money for us. Beds need new mattress covers! They are all cracked and worn out and uncomfortable to sleep on. No access to the Reunion amenities.

Bachelorette Weekend!

House is as pictured, could use a little TLC and a few repairs. The door lock is ready to break, so I would believe it’s been a problem, but not repaired. There are no common kitchen items for use and the towels really need to be updated!

Disappointing

First let me start off by saying I love the floor plan of this house, however it wasn’t as clean as I expected. the carpets was dirty, the pillows in the room my daughter and niece was staying in was dirty (Mickey & Minnie Mouse pillows.) and every dish I took out of the cabinets I had to re-wash, we was unable to use the jacuzzi because that wasn’t included in our stay and that was a separate charge. I normally don’t write reviews, but I couldn’t let no one else planning to travel with family experience what we experienced.

Excellent clean home…would stay again.

This is a perfect home for a large group. We were a group of 10 with kids 4-8. It’s part of a luxury housing complex, very clean and tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels -they were cleaned and wrapped for us when we arrived. The kitchen is stocked with bare minimum of prep utensils - pots, pans, etc. but plenty of bowls and plates. They provide you with a starter kit of a small dishwashing liquid, 2 dishwasher tablets, trash liners, one paper towel roll and tissue rolls in the bathroom. You will need to pick up the rest. What I really liked about this rental is that they do not have crazy cleanup rules! Nothing besides clean up the garbage and put the bags in the bin…that’s it!! Most of the rentals charge a hefty cleaning fee but require that you do most of the cleaning before you checkout 🤷‍♀️ We would stay again!
