This spacious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath pool town home offers luxurious and spacious living for families visiting the Orlando area theme parks - it's only a short drive away from Mickey and all his friends, located on the fabulous Champions Gate Resort.

Spend days relaxing on vacation alongside the sparkling clear pool, or step inside to cool down in this fully air-conditioned family vacation home - Make memories with your family to last a lifetime without breaking the bank!

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.
If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.


About the Resort:

The 20,000 sq. ft. Oasis clubhouse is simply stunning and world-class. It features a huge resort-style pool with water slides, lazy river, splash park, state-of-the-art fitness center, tiki bar and movie theatre along with a playground and volleyball courts. The luxurious cabanas are air-conditioned and are perfect for spending the entire day at the pool.
Dine at The Grille, either poolside or in the comfort of the air-conditioned clubhouse. And, if you're lounging poolside, simply raise your lounger flag and an attendant will take your order and deliver your favorite food and libation while you soak in the sun. You deserve being pampered, while little ones are having the time of their lives playing organized resort activities overseen by trained chaperones.
For those interested in hitting the links, there's golf! Champions Gate features an 18 hole golf course while next door has another 36 holes designed by accomplished architect and golfer Greg Norman. It is also world headquarters for the famous David Leadbetter Golf Academy.
ChampionsGate is a billion dollar community, an approximately 900-acre master planned community located in the southwest Osceola County, Florida.

You shouldn't have to clean your house before you can enjoy your house.

First when I arrived to my property I was locked out for 45 minutes because the battery was dead. I road 17 hours from Philly. Then when I enter into the house. I had to take a shower then I found out that the house was not clean at all. My bathroom was dirty. When I went to take pictures and a video of the house that's when I found out that they didn't wash my sheets blankets towels. So instead of enjoying my vacation the first day I had to wash sheets and clean my whole house. The gobble disposal was broken. The pots and pans was old. Some of the furniture was wear and tear. When I talk to the property manager she said when I check out I can have my cleaning fee back. But she did not return my cleaning fee back. I will never rent this house again. I have pictures and videos of the house if anybody would like to see. I can't upload them on here. Get your money back now. And the property was listed under smoking. But when I told her she went back on the site to try to switch it. But I already got a picture of when it said it was smoking at the property.
