Luxury Florida villa close to Disney with SOUTH FACING private pool/spa

Welcome to Diane's villa, Davenport, Florida. It is in the quiet community of Highgate Park, just off the US Highway 27 and it is within easy driving distance to the Disney parks and Universal with easy access to the I-4. The villa has recently had bathroom upgrades and is furnished to a high standard. It sleeps up to 9 guests and all bedding and towels are supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The villa has a south facing pool deck which is very private, the rear neighbours are below the level of the villa and it is an oasis to relax at any time of the day. The large spa is a great place to watch the sun set in the evenings. There is a sheltered area within the lanai with a large dining table and chairs, there is also a ceiling fan to keep you cool while you relax. There are new sun loungers and comfortable chairs to enjoy the all day sun. Pool heating is included in the price on this booking site. There is a pool cover to retain the heat during the cooler months.

The villa has air-conditioning throughout, fast speed internet and modern furniture to provide you with all the comforts of home. The open plan lounge looks out to the pool and it is a great place to gather for breakfast or in the evenings. It has a large 65" smart TV for those night's in to recharge your energy after visiting the parks. You can sign in to the TV to stream your own favourite TV channels.

The kitchen is well-equipped, has a large island with a quartz countertop and huge fridge freezer with ice-maker, to keep your drinks cold and food chilled. There is plenty of dinnerware, cutlery and it has a coffee maker, kettle, blender and toaster.

There is a laundry nook with a new Samsung top loading washer and a dryer for guests to use. They are larger than average.

Bedrooms
All the beds are new with top quality mattresses for a great night's sleep. The master overlooks the pool deck and has a king bed and a walk-in closet. It has a TV with a ROKU stick to stream your own programmes. There are USB ports to charge your mobiles at the back of the bedside cabinets, for your convenience. It has a large ceiling fan to help circulate air around the room, especially useful in the evenings. The en-suite is very large with a walk-in shower and soaking bathtub. It has dual sinks and cabinets to store your toiletries and cosmetics. There are hairdryers in every bathroom.

Second Master: This is a smaller master situated at the front of the villa with a Queen bed, closet and a TV with a ROKU stick. It also has four USB ports to charge your mobiles, at the back of the bedside cabinets. This bedroom has a spacious en-suite with walk-in shower, closet space and cabinets for your toiletries and cosmetics. It a great room for grand-parents or for friends who are sharing your holiday. There is a ceiling fan to help keep the room cool in the humid Florida weather.

Disney Room: The Disney room is all about Mickey and has twin beds, TV and a double closet. It is the perfect room for your little ones (although it is also suitable for those older kids or grown ups who love all that is Disney). This bedroom has a ceiling fan to cool down the room, in addition to the aircon.

Triple Room: The triple bedroom has a twin and a double/full bed, it has a TV and a double closet. This room is great for adults, teens and families who need flexibility in their accommodation. This room also has a ceiling fan.

Gamesroom: The gamesroom has a 6.5' pool table and Foosball to relax and enjoy family evenings after shopping or the parks. It has a large fan to keep you cooler while enjoying the games.

The location of the villa is ideal for golfers, shoppers and thrill-seekers. It is within close driving distance to many golf courses, grocery stores, Florida's world famous attractions and outlet shopping malls.
