The property was spacious, clean, and in a great area—perfect for a family getaway. We loved how comfortable the house felt and appreciated the overall setup.A couple of small improvements could make the stay even better: a stronger Wi-Fi setup or mesh system to boost coverage inside the house, ensuring the pool heater is working, and possibly including grill use without extra fees. With those updates, this place would be just about perfect!

Perfect house and location

We rented this house for a huge Cheer competition! Very spacious and clean and the pool and hot tub was just what we needed to relax after long days. I highly recommend this house and would rent again!

The host was responsive however the amenities were a bit bare. This VRBO experience could be improved with a few simple things such as kitchen towels, an extra roll or two of toilet paper, antibacterial hand soap, coffee filters and some simple items like plastic wrap or baggies. The floor was quite dirty when we arrived and there were pieces of broken glass found on both the patio near the pool and the living room. The host did offer to send a cleaning crew in to reclean the floor, but we declined as we were settled and didn’t want to interrupt our day. Overall a good stay, but bring slides and understand that the cupboards are all the way bare.

The property was overall a nice place to stay and was accurate to the listing description. The home was very spacious, the kitchen was well-equipped and functional, and the community amenities were a highlight. The community pool and gym were both very nice and added value to the stay.There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. The beds were much firmer than expected and were not particularly comfortable. The towels provided were basic and somewhat rough, so future guests may want to consider bringing their own, especially for pool use.The game room was a nice feature, but the pool and sir hockey tables showed noticeable wear and tear. The TVs were also somewhat difficult to use as there was no traditional cable service and entertainment relied primarily on internet streaming apps, which may not be ideal for all guests.We paid extra for the heated pool and jacuzzi. The pool temperature was enjoyable, but unfortunately the jacuzzi never seemed to reach an appropriately heated temperature during our stay. We contacted management regarding this issue, but it was not resolved while we were there.The property also showed signs of wear and tear in several areas, including stains and cosmetic issues throughout the home. We documented these items upon arrival and recommend future guests do the same, as is generally good practice with vacation rentals.Management was responsive regarding questions after our stay and ultimately resolved our concerns.

Nice house

This was my Second time staying at this house you are going to see some not so good reviews on this property but I think those are people just being petty this house was big enough for 13 people to live comfortably for seven days don’t believe the negative reviews about the house, not being clean or anything else the house was clean no issues with communication or checking in and I’ve been there twice I’ve driven eight hours from Charlotte nc and never had any issues

Very family friendly. Lots of hair on bed covers.Toilets are low to the floor and outdated.Granite kitchen tops all are cracked. Pool screens are ripped needs replacing. Upstairs is enormously HOT!!! … The day time host was so very nice but the night time host was rude and being very pushy. I advised him that I did not have the key code because my iPhone screen was malfunctioning . He continued to tell me that he was unable to help because I should know my codeAnyway, as he finally decided to provide the key code none of the ones he provided would work, as he continued to become frustrated by breathing hard, as if he was tired,.. he also asked if I understood to use a key pad. I shouted yes!The end result is, maintenance had to come the following day because the key pad had malfunction. He did fix it.Over all this is a very good house but these adjustments are vital to obtaining an excellent review. A great big kudos to the daytime host.She was great as she responded promptly to my completion of the check in process as I advised her of my iPhone issue.Thank God my phone was repaired in Orlando because I’d never want to encounter the nighttime host again.Thank you for my stayGod Bless America

Reserve this place!!!

This was a perfect home for 3 families with a total of 11 people- but enough space for 17 people comfortably. Do not pay attention to the past bad reviews- the place was spacious and clean and all appliances, plumbing, pool and a/c worked well. There’s an outside shower and wine fridge by the pool which was helpful for drinks. Coffee maker uses the basket filters for anyone interested. For a house this large the only suggestions would be another fridge and a small hand towel in the half bath on the main floor. Washcloths are not included but easy enough to either bring your own or buy a bundle at target or Walmart. DoorDash, Shipt and other delivery services make getting everything you need very convenient. We visited at the end of June for a volleyball tournament and the Orange County Convention Center was about 30 min away. Easy to get to all Orlando landmarks.

Not as expected

We checked into this property on April 4th. When entering the house, we noticed that there were lots of marks and dirt on the walls. As we went through the house we found the floors to be absolutely filthy. My husband bought a swifter and cleaned the dining room and kitchen floors. He had 3 completely black pads and probably could’ve had more but I made him stop because he would’ve spent all day cleaning. As we started making dinner, we found dishes put away that were caked in dry food and dirty. So we had to wash all dishes before we used them. The pool area was nice but the outdoor couch cushions definitely need replaced. In the game room, there was 1 pool stick with a tip on it. None of the others could be used. The pool table top was also ripped. The air hockey table wasn’t turning on so we pulled the plug out to find that one of the prongs was stuck in the outlet so that wasn’t usable the entire stay. The couch in the game room was dirty and worn. The shower door in the bunk room was broken and never opened so kids had to shower in other rooms. The mattresses in all of the rooms were cheap and uncomfortable. We never walked in the house without shoes on because everything was such a mess. I have rented many properties before and this was by far the worst ever. We spent ALOT of money to rent this house and I am sick about it. Do not rent this house!!

stressful/ lots of anxiety

Well first we checked into the house we were suppose to have toilet paper, shampoos, conditioner and soap per bathroom, 1 bathroom had toilet paper we had to call for the toilet paper and the rest of product. We called for it all right away! Pool cold had to pay $245 to heat it , the pool aera was filthy, we washed tables cleaned gum off pool aera, timer for pool hanging off the wall. As we walked tru the house we found the kitchen sink was 2 inches full of dirty water with bugs floating in it it was clogged we took care of it ourselves. dishwasher stunk and the water was never hot enough to clean dishes, stink never went away! Had to pay to use gas grill which was filthy and would need to be scrubbed to use and the same with little refrigerator. Walls need paint. Freezer ice maker did not work we called did not know how to fix it! We had to call to get our garbage picked up after 2 days even tho we had it in the container we were told too put it in then was told to take to the dumpster! Broom handle was broke off to 2 ft and it was very hard to use. Shower upstairs the handle broke and water was gushing out we were up till1 am fixing it another shower was bad so we did not use it! Air conditioner did not work 1 day had to come fix. Lower cupboard could use paint, Burned out light in kitchen. Very stressful vacation for us with all the issues! When you pay these prices everything should be perfect! far from it!!!!!! Never again will I stay, House cleaner when we left!

Engaño y sucio

Casa sucia alfombra sucia olía muy mal a perro engaño que te dicen te vamos a cobrar tanto y te cobran más y 300 dólares de limpieza cuando no pasan una fregona ni limpia y me cobran 13 dólares por una toalla vieja pero bueno con ustedes no rento más .

Spacious home fo perfect gatherings

Home was really clean and very comfortable. Loved the lay -out Supply of garbage bags (2) and bath towles ( 1 per person) was a bit low. There was also no dish-soap ; coffee filters. We knew about the toilet paper/paper towel supply but that was not a full roll to start with... No problem we just went out and bought it but for your future customers : you might just be a bit more prepared.
