Get ready for an amazing stay! Our house comes with a private pool (optional heater available for an additional $49.90 per night - please note that the heater must be reserved for the entire stay with a minimum of 2 nights).

Additionally, there is a Mario Bros-themed game room equipped with 5 arcades, a pool table, air hockey and a TV.

For your convenience, there is one bedroom located on the first floor and a full private bathroom. The remaining bedrooms and TV room are situated on the second floor.

Please note, the house itself does not have a private hot tub. The hot tub is located at the Resort's Clubhouse and is a shared amenity.

• Two parking spaces are available in the driveway, with additional parking on the street. Please follow the resort parking rules.

• We offer complimentary Wi-Fi.

• Kids amenities free of charge: highchair, kids table, crib, and baby tub.

• Free washer and dryer available at the house.

• You’ll find a starter pack with: Laundry Soap (3 loads), Dish Soap and Dish Washer Detergent, Salt, Pepper, Sugar, Coffee, Toilet Paper (1 for each bathroom), Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (3), Shampoo and Shower Gel (1 for each bathroom).

• We offer pool heating for an additional $49.90 per night (it has to be for the entire stay with a minimum of 2 nights). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.

• We offer a propane grill for free! Guests are responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill. However, if the tank is full upon arrival, feel free to use it. By requesting this service, guests acknowledge they are using the grill at their own risk and are liable for any damage caused during its use.

• Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
