• This is a self-catering home. A starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, toiletries, trash bags) is provided.
• The home is professionally cleaned before each stay. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an additional fee.
• No parties or disruptive events. Daytime gatherings must be pre-approved and comply with house rules.
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced:
– Weekdays: wind down by 9:00 PM
– Weekends: wind down by 10:00 PM
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Violations may result in fines.
• Parking: Use the driveway and approved street parking only. Do not block neighbors or the garage.
• For safety, exterior security cameras are in use and monitored in compliance with platform policies.

Backyard, Dock & Outdoor Areas
The home features a spacious backyard with lake access and a shared dock. Guests may enjoy the outdoor areas, dock, swings, pool, fire pit, and balcony, but adult supervision is required at all times, especially around water and elevated areas
Gatherings & Neighborhood
This home is located in a quiet, family-oriented residential neighborhood.
• Only small daytime gatherings are allowed and must be pre-approved
• No parties, events, or disruptive behavior — strictly enforced
Safety & Security
For safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras (clearly disclosed and visible). These record motion activity and may be reviewed or submitted to VRBO or local authorities in the event of illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind — including cigarettes, vapes, and e-cigarettes — is not permitted anywhere on the property. Violations may result in a fine of up to $500.
Towels & Linens
We provide freshly laundered bedding and towels for your stay, including:
• Full bedding on all beds (sheets, pillows, blankets)
• Bath towels, hand towels, face towels
• Bath mats
• Pool towels
Trash & Recycling
Inside the home, you’ll find two bins in the pantry: one for trash and one for recycling.
Overflow items should be placed in the large outdoor bins located by the garage.
BBQ Grill
The BBQ grill operates on propane. A tank is provided. Guests may refill or exchange the tank at any local gas station if needed.
Fire Pit
The fire pit is available for guest use. Please use caution at all times. Fire pit requires propane.

Pool, Dock, Balcony & Game Areas
These amenities are open for guest enjoyment but require adult supervision at all times.
