Luxury Modern south facing pool home with games room on gated resort

This stunning luxury modern villa has just been fully refurbished throughout and offers spacious accommodation located just minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort perfect for large families/groups. Sleeping up to 16 people in 6 bedrooms/5.5 bathrooms, the home has a private swimming pool with peaceful conservation view. There is also a fun-packed games room plus full-size pool table located in the entrance hall. Offering a 'home away from home' experience as a fully equipped home with free WiFi and private driveway parking. Create your own special vacation memories at this wonderful home in a well-established resort with gate-guarded entrance for peace of mind with free access to all resort amenities on site which include a free-form pool, fitness center, sand volleyball court, internet, games room, children's playground, cafe and snack bar. The first floor includes a very large family room plus formal dining and sitting areas. Two king suites and two queen suites all with their own bathrooms, with a fully fun themed Harry Potter twin room and a Lilo and Stitch themed double bunk room are all located on the second floor. There is also a day bed in the loft area which converts into a full-size double bed. The swimming pool and deck has sunbeds and a patio lounge area for enjoying the Florida climate with an outside grill/BBQ provided for your use while staying. Pool heat can be provided for an additional fee on request.

Family vacay

We booked as a Christmas ptesent fir kids and grands. House was perfect fir what we needed. Easy to find and get to all attractions. Any questions we had owner was quick to answer. Had a few things but matenence was there quick to fix.

Large home in nice community

Nice home, but needs some updates and repairs. Two of shower drains were slow. Half bathroom toilet water kept running. Living room furniture wasn't comfortable. TV's in every bedroom was a nice surprise. We had an issue with the pool heat but the manager was very responsive in fixing the problem. Pool was nice but the outside furniture is not very comfortable.

Auction trip

House was just as it describes. Comfortable beds, lots of room and loved playing pool, ping pong and air hockey. Definitely would stay again.

The property was not clean and poorly maintained

Upon arrival the following items were found to be very dissatisfying The refrigerator was not getting cold so we wasted a lot of food before mainten got there. The screen door leading to the pool was off track The screen around the pool IS FULL OF MOLD that management excused as being a result of a nearby tree. This is particularly dangerous as we have members of our family with chronic illness. The legs on the dining chairs were very loose. The dishes were NOT washed The pool lights did not work The shower in one bedroom was not working for two days of our four day stay The rim in all the toilets were absolutely disgusting!!! Filled with waste and mold There is a light hanging out of the pool that should affixed to the wall of the pool. Cracks in the bottom of the pool caused multiple foot scrapes resulting in broken skin No hot water in the sinks Most importantly, when brought to the attention of David with the management company I was met with excuses and defensive answers as opposed to apologies. Maintenance did arrive to repair the shower and refrigerator however my concerns about the mood were uncaringly dismissed. I’ve never had such a poor experience with VRBO. It was literally the worst I’ve had.

Make a Wish Trip

Before the renter arrives, house issues should be recognized and resolved. This rental needed cleaning in the kitchen area, pool (cloudy water) should have been cleaned, burnt out lightbulbs should be changed, damaged exterior garbage can (broken latch) should have been fixed (two mornings spent cleaning up mess from animal getting in can), ripped screen in pool area and water dispenser on refrigerator not working. Arrived on a Sunday, pool was cleaned on Tuesday - filter was extremely dirty and chemicals were added. Overall it was an excellent location being so close to Give Kids the World facility and Disney. I would rate the condition of the property as good with improvements needed.

Great Place!

Lots of space for a family of 12! Beautiful home! Nice size kitchen with huge dining table. Very close to grocery stores and shopping outlets.

A very nice clean home ! My only suggestion would be to have kitchen dish cloths to do dishes and wipe down the counters and tables. It is a very nice house !

Host manufactures false damage charges. Do not book here.

Upon arrival, we did a walk through of the home. The home was decently cleaned however we had to scrub the kitchen counters and the pool was not thoroughly cleaned. The patio furniture was broken upon arrival and the management company left a notecard on the furniture noting that the previous guests damaged the furniture and it was unusable, however they were in the process of replacing the furniture. We were overcharged for a pet fee which was supposed to be $150 plus tax. Somehow the host calculated this by adding an unreported additional $10. Hair was found under the sheets in one of the bedrooms so we changed our room to a bed that was properly cleaned. Four days after our departure, the host sent a claim that housekeeping informed them that my pets chewed on the “brand new” patio furniture and they would be charging me an additional $200 to replace the “brand new” furniture. My pets are properly trained and were supervised the entire visit so the claim deeply disturbed me. My pets were never left unattended and were in their cages for the isolated time that we were not at the house as instructed by the host. The host seems to be looking for ways to increase revenue by doctoring up charges. If able to book elsewhere, do so to protect yourself. Communication with the host has made my entire experience for this trip terrible. I do not recommend that any one book this property due to shady practices.
