Benvenuti a 'Topolino Beach House' la nostra 4 camere da letto, 4 bagni con una casa piscina a sud. Convenientemente situato a 2 miglia dalle porte principali di Disney World nella splendida comunità resort a cinque stelle recintato di Windsor Hills. Sparkling Clubhouse Pool, con un nuovo parco acquatico con scivoli per i bambini e molte sedie a sdraio per crogiolarsi al sole della Florida.

Recentemente rinnovato 2018. Le ristrutturazioni consistono in nuova vernice dentro e fuori, nuove piastrelle nello spazio abitativo, tutti i nuovi divani, sedie, lenzuola, ventilatori a soffitto, elettrodomestici, materassi e molto altro ancora. Abbiamo catturato anche il più piccolo dei dettagli.

nuova tv in tutte le camere HDTV a LED da 55 pollici nella zona giorno per il divertimento di tutti.

Non vediamo l'ora di assisterti in ogni modo possibile per rendere il tuo viaggio a Orlando e nell'area Disney pieno di emozioni e ricordi che dureranno una vita.

Excellent stay

We loved the house and location. The home was in good repair and clean. The hot tub and pool were a great way to end the long day of amusement parks and sight seeing.

Convenient location great communication

We had a family vacation with extended family at this property. The house was laid out well for the group we had and was accurate to the listing. The location is hard to beat as the drive to Disney parks is around 15 min. The staff at the security gate were helpful and kind. We went to the resort pool area one day but didn't stay long as lounge chairs are limited in number and you likely need to arrive early to get one. Also be warned the the waterslides are pretty FAST and younger kids may not find them all that enjoyable. We enjoyed the private pool and spa at the house much more though the pool deck could use a good power washing. The home is well stocked and we had everything we needed. The game room is lacking the air hockey table in the photos but we had a great time playing pool and several board games. The king master mattress was firmer than I like but that's personal preference. Communication with the owner was easy and extremely fast. All questions were resolved quickly allowing us to enjoy our stay.

I would recommend staying here with a family. The property was very clean and had a pool table, pool, and other things to keep everyone entertained when we were back at the house.

Wonderful house near Disney

We really enjoyed the house, private pool and hot tub. The community pool and waterslides were great, and it was only a short drive to all of the Disney parks.

Great Vacation !

This property is exactly as described. Very clean, perfectly stocked, nice pool area, great layout. We had such a relaxing vacation at this house, from eating out side every meal to sitting in the hot tub at night. I would not hesitate to recommend Mickeys Beach House and would rent again in the future

Beautiful Home

We had an outstanding time on our vacation. The home was large and comfortable. It was very clean. The bedrooms were very comfortable and it really helped that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The living area is large with 2 separate seating areas. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved the outdoor pool and the resort pool with water slides was amazing. I would highly recommend this home. We will definitely be returning.

Toller Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Disney

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangsort für alle Disney-Parks. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Eigentümer verlief reibungslos. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten! Ein kleines Problem hatten wir mit der Klimaanlage, die es nicht so schnell schaffte, das Haus auf 72° zu kühlen. Das lag aber vermutlich auch an den hohen Außentemperaturen. Trotzdem war alles Bestens. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße...

Great distance close to everything!

"The property was clean, well stocked and just as pictured! How ever, Be aware there is no privacy at night when lights are on in the house because there is no curtain or blind to close on the huge back family room windows. Be also aware that if you pay for pool heat, that the heat only works if the outside temperature is over 55! It turns off automatically and won't heat if the outside temp goes below that! We were not made aware of this till we checked in and called asking why the pool was not warm, also according to the contract you have to sign a week prior, there was no way to cancel the extra pool heat charge and get a refund. I feel we should have been made aware of that before we signed the contract especially since we went during an unusual cold snap and the booking manager knew of the likely hood that it wasn't going to work. Not very pleased, also, I sent an email to the agent about this and never got a response, so we figured they just didn't care. Overall if you go in warmer weather conditions and don't leave the bedrooms at night you should have a pleasant stay."

Great Spring break with the family

Wonderful place, very clean and very quite neighborhood. My mom is 85 and can’t do stairs so this house was perfect for her. Great location and very close to Disney Springs and restaurants. Highly recommend this house.

Great house and location

We’ve been staying in Windsor hills for about 10 years, this is the first time we’ve rented a house VS a townhome and it was really nice. Short walk to the playground, you could walk to clubhouse but it is a little further maybe 15-20 min walk. The house was very clean and the owner/ property manager very responsive. We did book the house because our kids love to play air hockey but there did not actually end up being one like in the photos. No big deal but just wanted to add incase that is something important to you. The house is very close to Walmart and other shops for groceries, food, and entertainment. Only a short 20 min drive to universal/seaworld and maybe 10 min to Disney parks depending on traffic.

Amazing stay near Disney

We had a fantastic visit! Our family really enjoyed the villa. It was clean and well-decorated, with lots of fun games for the kids. The pool was wonderful. Windsor Hills is a great community. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Great Villa!

We were so pleased with this villa. It's a perfect location to all of the Disney parks and other shopping. The owner was great to deal with and checked on us promptly to ensure we got checked in and to make sure everything was perfect. We loved the layout of the house with it being one level and all 4 rooms having their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we could ever need. All of us loved the pool, hot tub and game room. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

This is a great home for families looking for a place close to Disney attractions. The pool and patio area are awesome. Very comfortable furniture and peaceful part of the development. Lastly, Laura was a pleasure to work with and made sure we received prompt responses to all of our questions during the booking of the reservation. We would definitely stay here again.

Hot but cool vacation

Thank you for sharing your home with us. We all enjoyed our time there very much. The home was very well appointed and equipped. Very comfortably decorated and fun for the kids without being too cheesy😉. It was extremely hot during our visit and having the pool was so refreshing. Many special touches such as liquid soap, travel size of shampoo etc. in all bathrooms. The Keurig K cup coffee maker in the kitchen was a huge plus, although should be noted in house details because I brought my own with me. We would highly recommend this home to others and would return. Thank you again.

Awesome location

Our vacation home was perfect for our thanksgiving getaway. The house was exactly how the pictures showed it. The booking was so fast and easy. Laura was awesome at answering all questions. Disney parks are very close and some Florida Springs are near as well. Definitely will be back :)

Home away from home

Not sure where to start, I guess I’ll start with the check in process. Check in process was fast, easy and effortless. The neighborhood was clean and welcoming. The home was clean and beautiful, it was just as described. Communication with the owner/property manager was easy and expedient. Any question/concern I had was answered within minutes.
