La nostra villa si trova in un tranquillo cul de sac nella prestigiosa comunità di Hampton Lakes. A meno di 15 minuti da Disney, la villa si trova in una posizione ideale per parchi a tema, negozi, ristoranti e golf. Se stai cercando una villa spaziosa con privacy, non cercare oltre. Lo spazio abitativo è di oltre 2800 piedi quadrati e comprende 5 camere da letto, 4 bagni, 2 salotti separati, una moderna cucina completamente attrezzata e una sala giochi. WI-FI gratuito, quattro TV. s, un videoregistratore, un lettore DVD e una selezione di dvd offrono opportunità di relax dopo una giornata intensa nei parchi a tema. O semplicemente scegli un libro dalla selezione nella villa e rilassati a bordo piscina. Il barbecue e il lanai coperto sono molto popolari per la cena all'aperto, soprattutto perché l'area della terrazza è stata notevolmente ampliata e la piscina, il ponte e il lanai non sono trascurati. We have been coming to the US for many years - this house by far was the best one that we stayed in. We had a problem with the pool heat and Kath was on it immediately. We enjoyed the pool after a great day of golfing. The house was very well equipped with everything a family would need. The location was perfect. I can't say enough great things about house.

Great Villa!

Spacious and very clean. Outdoor area and pool was our favourite spot. Close to amenities and not too far if you want to go to Disney. Communications with the owner was timely and detailed. Would rent again!

Beautiful Villa and Wonderful Stay

Kath was so wonderful to work with and took the extra care to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. The villa was well appointed and comfortable, and it was centrally located between Disney and Universal. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, and it truly felt like a retreat. We will definitely return to this villa!

Amazing Stay

This home is spacious, well stocked, and clean. The yard, lanai, and pool are an oasis with privacy, BBQ, lots of sun, sheltered from wind, and effective pool heat (a worthy investment in Dec/Jan!). Disney and Universal are a reasonable commute. There is a bit of highway noise due to close proximity, but we got used to it quickly and it didn’t bother us at all. The host’s care and communication is exceptional. Thank you!

Great stay again

Our second stay at the villa, and once again it was brilliant. All the amenities we could have wanted, fantastic pool, and a great place to rest. There is a little road noise outside, but otherwise the outdoor area is very secluded. Thanks again for a great stay!

Lovely, well stocked villa in excellent location close to the Disney and Universal Parks

We were very impressed with many aspects of this villa. It is very spacious, is one of the best stocked villas we have stayed in for essentials needed for any visitors, and has a large outdoor area which gets sun all day, in addition to the large pool and spa. Wonderful for cooling off after a day in the sun! Also great for those who like a bit of shade with a spacious covered area too. Hampton Lakes on the US27 where the villa is located is a very nice estate to stay in, within 30 minutes drive of the parks, and close to many restuarants, shops and supermarkets. So in an excellent, central location. The owner Kath was wonderful with us, answering all our questions before and during our stay. We would recommend this villa to our friends and family and hope to return for another stay in the near future.

Great

The property was exactly as advertised - lovely villa and hosts were faultless. Kath assisted us throughout our stay and helped us straight away with any problems. Directions from airport clear and the process of entering the villa all provided to us before departure. We had a few problems whilst there due to the weather, a car bump and no fuel at the pumps! But both Kath and her lovely neighbour Paula helped us so much. Would definitely book again and would highly recommend the villa. Thanks Kath and her neighbours Paula and Colin

Decent stay

The home was clean and spacious and the pool is so private. We paid to have the pool and hot tub heated and really enjoyed using those. The kitchen is very well stocked. Overall it was a good home for the price and size but we wouldn’t stay again due to the temperatures inside the home. The thermostats are set at 79 degrees and can be reduced to 74 but at certain times during the day they jump back up to 79. For a June stay, it was extremely uncomfortable. The owner was kind in their explanation that they are following recommendations from their energy provider however I have stayed in many florida vacation homes and have never experienced an issue with the AC not keeping up nor have I experienced being prevented from turning it down below 74*. The upstairs bedroom was typically 90 degrees. Unbearable.

Beautiful villa in an excellent location

We had a fantastic time in this villa, it’s was very spacious and very well stocked with all of the necessities for a family holiday. The pool is fantastic, my children loved it and used it daily, it is extremely private and not overlooked from any angle. The surrounding outdoor area is also very spacious, so once the pool fence was closed, there was plenty of space for playing with toys/Sunbathing etc which was ideal for our family. The location of the villa to Disney and universal was around 20-35 mins (with traffic) depending on the park and a very easy drive. We loved that the villa was situated so close to the US27 (for supermarkets/ restaurants etc) however, when sat outside on an evening you would never know, as it’s so quiet! Kath was a lovely host, she answered questions prior to our arrival and during our stay- which was great and ultimately saved us money- as pool heating was definitely not needed during our stay- as Kath had already advised. Overall, this is a fantastic base for a family, it’s a spacious home from home in a brilliant location and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thanks Kath!

A brilliant stay

The villa was brilliant, the facilities were fantastic, we loved the location. Everything was as advertised, and our family generally felt it was one of the nicest villas we have ever stayed in. We did have issues with the pool heating during our stay, and whilst that was unfortunate, the owners were brilliant in their communication, quick to get a repair sorted, and refunded the expense. Other gripes were limited, though as others have mentioned the upstairs bedroom can get rather warm. So in general, a great a experience, and hopefully we look forward to staying again in the future

Enjoyable stay

This was the eight year we have been renting Villas in Davenport Fl. We are seniors and I have a reputation of being hard to please. This villa is the best we had so far. I tried hard but could not find a thing to complain about. The owner is a very nice person who was always available to answer our questions. The Villa has everything available that you need.The location is close to everything. We liked it so much we already booked it for a month for next year. Highly recommend this place.

Family Vacation

Great place. Pictures do not do justice to how big and open all of the common areas are! We ended up just having two adults and two young kids in the house. We had originally had another family coming with us who had to cancel last minute (thanks COVID...). So they house was enormous for us, but after staying there it would have been plenty big enough for a second family as well. Very well equipped, it had everything we would need. Pack n play, crib, high chair, bed rail, etc for the little ones. Even some toys for them to play with inside and some pool toys as well. We used this as base camp for Disney. Took about 20-30 minutes to get to the parks depending on traffic. Easy drive to/from airport. Seemed just far enough away to avoid some of the congestion. But still very close to take advantage of everything there is to offer. Owners communicated great and were very eager to help before and during the stay. The neighbors were great too. One of them saved our day and gave our car a jump in the morning when it wouldnt start! We will absolutely be looking to stay here again when we come back to the Disney/Orlando area. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful home and well-stocked

I almost did not give this five stars as it is a great place with one minor issue to some but important to us. If you are someone who is used to sleeping in warmer temperatures, you are in a five star environment. Great location, house very nice with plenty of room for a large family. Our stay was ten days and never had an issue with functionality of the house. The owner is very energy conscious, and the thermostats are all locked at 80 degrees with the ability to temporarily drop them to 75. I have never had that in an Orlando home we’ve rented. Ceiling fans help, which there are signs all over advising to use them to help keep it cooler. We were there in October so was low humidity and 92 out. However If you’re a person who sleeps better in cooler temperature this might be an issue. We slept okay but many nights sweating uncovered. This is literally the only issue and probably not an issue at all for most people. But I believe it is an important bit of information for those who that is important. Again, the owner is clearly trying to conserve energy and suggests ceiling fans. That is also a good thing. The owner was very nice to work with, the house is set up for families, and the supplies are greater than most homes I have stayed at in Orlando. Thanks for a great stay and easy rental process. Very affordable as well.

Vacation house feel like home.

All was comfortable and feel at home environment except the cooling system controlled by a 3rd party and hot days not being able to cool down 2nd floor bedroom which made a restless nights for occupants,,,and patio grill was greasy had to clean before and after,,,, other than that exceptional place to stay,..

Best of the Best!

Very beautiful and spacious villa on a quiet cul-de-sac with a private fenced in backyard with a pool and hot tub. We had 6 adults and 2 children in our group and the floor plan was perfect. Upon entering, we immediately felt at home. On the kitchen counter was a personal card from Kath, a bottle of wine, and snacks. Kath is one of those people you just feel like you've always known. She's genuinely interested in your family as well as making sure that your vacation is the best that it can be. She was very quick to respond to any questions/concerns prior, during and after our trip. Anything that you could possibly need was already in the villa (except food, clothing and your personal items). Plenty of towels and washcloths were available as well as dish towels and dish cloths. We spent the majority of our time at Disney parks except for the last day we spent our time relaxing in the pool and hot tub and cooking on the grill. Plenty of pool noodles, toys and seating for all! This was our best Florida family vacation! Thank you for sharing your villa, Kath, we thoroughly enjoyed it! If available the next time our family vacations in Florida, we will definitely request this villa!

Awesome house!

The lovely house was very spacey and we loved the pool area! It has all a family needs while on vacation. The owner and manger were available ASAP. There were very nice people. Can’t give one complaint. I give it 5 stars! Would rent again with no hesitation!

Perfect Family get away

This property was absolutely perfect for my family and I. The owners were quick to respond, very thoughtful, very detailed oriented and had everything possible that you would need at the house. Don’t waste your money on a hotel when you can stay here with plenty of room, pool, pool table, grill etc. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Florida.
