    La villa Magic View ha tutto e di più che si possa desiderare: 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni, una vista mozzafiato dalla grande sala, camera matrimoniale e piscina sud. A pochi minuti dalla 192 e solo 10 minuti a Disney!

    La Magic View è una villa di lusso di fascia alta su misura con 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni completi + un divano letto per dormire 11. Professionalmente progettati e arredati secondo gli standard più elevati, dispone di WiFi ad alta velocità gratuito, TV a schermo piatto in tutte le camere da letto, navigatore satellitare, sala sportiva con aria condizionata Den ed è una palestra privata privata ... due famiglie possono facilmente condividere questa casa in quanto vi sono due maestri con bagno privato e due camere doppie con bagno in comune.
    Completamente rinnovato internamente: nuova palestra, lavatrice a carica frontale e riscaldamento piscina, nuova aria condizionata, illuminazione, lampadario. Nuovi tappeti ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, nuovi arredi, piani di lavoro in granito, nuovi letti, rifinitura vialetto rifinito, nuovi servizi igienici per tutti i bagni, nuovo master en-suite con vasca idromassaggio e doccia a pioggia con divisorio in vetro senza soluzione di continuità, nuovi letti e asciugamani, rifinitura della piscina . Questa villa è il luogo perfetto per una vacanza Disney.
    Dettagli villa: La camera familiare ha una cucina completamente attrezzata, divani in pelle marrone a 3 e 2 posti, una TV al plasma da 50 pollici con molti canali, un tavolo da pranzo in marmo con 6 sedie e 4 sgabelli da bar e portefinestre sul ponte della piscina che si affaccia sul Lago di pesca naturale di 14 acri, è schermato su entrambi i lati dei nostri vicini, quindi è estremamente privato. La piscina ha una spa separata 24 ore su 24 e illuminazione notturna, cinque lettini, 6 sedie, un tavolo, un ombrellone separato e una tenda da sole a vela, essendo rivolta a sud-est beneficia anche del sole diurno. C'è una palestra privata in modo da poter tenere il passo con il regime di esercizio privato durante le vacanze.
    Lake Berkley Resort: Situato a pochi minuti dal vivace ronzio 192 lungo una strada laterale tra un Walmart 24 ore e il complesso di intrattenimento Medieval Times. Questo resort esclusivo è custodito 24 ore su 24, dispone di una club house in comune con piscina a sfioro riscaldata e area splash per bambini con cannoni ad acqua, 2 campi da tennis, campi da basket, biliardo e biliardino, una palestra interna climatizzata e un'area di attività all'aperto, per bambini area giochi e bar di sabbia sul retro del lago da pesca naturale di 14 acri. Un gazebo e altri due laghi per la pesca, riserve di laghi e un parco giochi per bambini coperto a Hapimag.

lovely lake view from our villa

We have stayed at Lake Berkley for the last 6 years. We keep going back because it is a family oriented resort where everyone is happy to be there and take in their dailey walks and enjoy the views. The house we stayed in this year had the best view, and management was in contact with us right from the start. Great hospitality See you again The Baileys

Great For Family Fun!

I booked the property for the weekend. The pool and hot tub were amazing! My children 5 and 1 both enjoyed their Winnie yhe Pooh room. My niece and son loved all the costumes in the closet and played dress up. The only downside was that the A/C too cold and we couldn't adjust it but there're worst things. Overall, a nice stay and a great time.

Family vacation

This house was great! Every room of the house was very homey and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are a great addition! The hot tub for the cool mornings and nights and the pool during the day. Its location was nice! Away from all the hustle and bustle of the area. But still close enough to venture out. We enjoyed staying at this property. We took a walk every morning around the lake behind the house. My boys fished off the dock and caught some fish (catch and release). All the ducks, cranes, etc. were so fun to watch. It was a very enjoyable place especially if it's a leisure vacation as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Host was very helpful and responsive. The view of the pond behind the house was the best part. Got to watch the wildlife come and go throughout the day including a pair of bald eagles.The house was clean and spacious. The pool is a bit on the small side. Just a heads up. We did have aomeniasues with the pool and hot tub, but Claire offered free pool heat for our troubles. Though the heat did shut off one day so we had a cold pool for a day. I was excited that there was an onsite gym at the complex but I wouldn't really call it a gym, just a few pieces of equipment. And it was very dusty and run down. I didn't end up using it.None of these things prevented us from having a great vacation. I would absolutely stay here again.

Okay Stay

To start off I give kudos to the team that manages this property as they kept great communication with me throughout my entire stay and making sure if I had any questions they were always available. As far as the house, what you see in the pictures semi matches what it’s like staying in person. The house is nice but small details like pictures and stickers on the walls are peeling off. The pool was clean and nice to swim in but the pool chairs and grill were dirty and not able to be used. Overall, I would stay here again in hopes that some of the cleanliness and details in the house are upgraded in the near future.

Lovely location but a little tired

Amazing location, great management company and nice hot tub. Property is feeling a little tired now compared to others we have stayed in on this estate. Perfect location overlooking the lake and feels very secure.. I would recommend this bungalow but manage expectations a little on the furnishings

Unbelievably relaxed from the water view to the wild life surrounding location

This property is definitely a great get away spot from the bustle of New York everything you need is definitely at this location except the food of course. I really enjoyed this place.

Awesome Villa

This wonderful recently renovated villa on the main large lake with lots of wildlife. The pool has a spa which is very hot and relaxing after a tiring day at the parks. We have stayed at this villa many times over the years and have always fell safe on lake Berkley with its own Gated Security we will definately rent agan This villa has everything you could possibly need and even has a pool table and gamès room.We will definitely book again. 2 week stay at Lake Berkley

Overall we had a good experience staying at this property. The gated community was very quiet and private, and its location for all the parks/activities in Orlando is perfect, with an easy 20-30 minute drive to most places. There is also a couple of local restaurants nearby, and a large Walmart just around the corner. The house itself was spacious, with a nice/thoughtful selection of household items/kids activities etc. The house could have been cleaner, and some of the decor is a little tired - but this didn’t reall distract from our experience at all. We did have a couple of minor issues which we flagged with the owner/management company, and have to say that their responses were extremely prompt, and the issues resolved very quickly. So communication was first class. For the price, this rental is great value for money - great location, good comms. Would probably stay here again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The most amazing vacation home!!

Look no further here for your most perfect vacation home in Kissimmee. Super close to all the attractions and shops!! This house was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean, spotless, and beautiful, I highly recommend this house. Me and my family are already planning on staying here again next year! Our host Claire was a dream to work with! Communication was super easy and quick with out host! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The beds were so comfortable as well. I could write a book about our vacation home! Thank you for the best and most relaxing vacation ever!!!

Disappointed

The location and neighborhood are both excellent, the floorplan layout in the house is great also. I was really disappointed in the worn down furniture, old mix match pots and pans and the pool furniture. The pool floor had black streaks on it and the dining room table and chairs were a sit in them at your own risk kind of thing. The property management does control the AC temp, don't believe anyone that says opposite. Worst of all I heard my grand daughter talking to someone that I assumed was my son, I walked into the game room and it was a strange man that was sent to change the locks and clean the pool. No one informed us about this scheduled service, hints why I gave a 2 star for communication. Its not a bad house but for the price I expected more than what we received. I wish I could upload pictures with this review.

Not what we first thought

location and views - excellent.Being partial disabled I was looking forward to walk in shower . It was unusable for myself due to light rain shower head that is non adjustable and I have longer thick hair to wash . Used other regular shower after , as did wife . Pool table has broken rail and is unusable in my mind . No hand soap / hand cleaner at any sinks .For security you must keep sliding door extra wood door jam things in , because lock meck. on door slides down on own and unlocks sliding door . slider door handle is falling off. Used phone flashlight at night to enter door code due to burnt out doorway light.. If you're cooking , buy foil, oil and EVERYTHING else including cookie sheet. felt very threatened by fines and penalties for things if you don't follow there directions . will even be charged for using too many towels. Supposedly can only adjust thermostat 2 degrees otherwise you need permission. Used roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for the two of us for 3 days. No spare roll so down to drip dry the last hour there. Clean outside of food,cloths,and something else under living room couch . Wife would not get in pool or spa do to either black algae or dirt . Very outdated and confusing check- in instructions . faded and outdated instructions for tv and other things . house does seem to be well equipped for families with little ones, but be prepared to do major shopping at walmart {which is very close by} for all your day to day essentials and don't forget the toilet paper!

I enjoyed my stay it was fantastic. My only recommendation is the get a better mattress in the master but overall I was happy with the stay

Fun weekend!

We rented this house for our daughter’s birthday. It was clean and as described in the listing. The kitchen was nicely stocked. I had everything I needed to cook a full breakfast and dinner. It was a little too cold to use the pool but the hot tub was very enjoyable. There was a Walmart just a few minutes down the road. The only reason I did not give this property 5 stars is because it was a little to warm for me. Although the owner was very friendly and turned the air down when we asked. I just keep my house at a cool 72 degrees. We would stay here again.

AC issues & Humid Smell

Not coming back, Falls Advertisement the Master bedroom with the extra bed is a crib. Sheet didn't smell fresh, towel we're not sparkling white they were stained or dirty pool was dirty full of sand. AC was controlled by owner and we were hot through out the nite at one point air was 83 during the day. So you can all imagine the heat and humidity. We contacted them and asked to please let us control the air becauae we like it at 70 and nothing was done to please us, at that time she put the ac as unoccupied we had to call management but lil was done to make our stay better. The house smelled humid and must not appealing. Hope this can help you when you decide to rent here again. We are vrbos renters with frequency since we have a big family. So this review take is as 100% accurate.

Family vacation 2021

The community was very nice, secure and well kept. The house, overall, was nice and in good condition. There were some minor issues with kitchen appliances and the mattresses in the two twin bed rooms were not comfortable for adults and better suited for young children. I did appreciate the home owner approving my request to lower the A/C temp which is controlled by them.
