We had a lovely break staying at Meriggiare. The arrival process was clear and straightforward, and we liked how clean and well presented the house was - it was clear that care had been taken in ensuring that guests feel welcome and that the immediate necessities are available (eg toiletries, towels, cleaning products etc).The house has all the conveniences you could need in terms of kitchen and laundry equipment and the furniture is tasteful and in good condition. Our only suggestion would be for "one more piece" of furniture in the lounge (a small table near the front door) and a chair or small table in each of the bedrooms as whilst there is plenty of storage space it could benefit from having places to "just put stuff", for example keys, sun hats, etc.In terms of the bedrooms, the beds were very comfortable (which is really important on a holiday after a long day at a park!) the rooms spacious and well decorated and the air conditioning kept us all cool in the summer heat.The location of the house is ideal for using the pool, the grounds are very well kept and the whole estate felt very well looked after and secure (we especially liked that the security guard was visible and present on a daily basis). The area is in a great location for visiting the parks, especially Disney.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Meriggiare and would absolutely stay again ourselves in the future.

Family Vacation

The condo is beautiful and very clean! The beds were comfortable too. We had everything we could possibly need and more. Location is very convenient to all the Disney parks. The pool/hot tub that was the closest, was right across the back yard and was also super clean and nice as well. There was plenty of parking too. We loved the gates around the neighborhood, we definitely felt safe as well. Highly recommend!

Great location, very clean

We stayed for a week and loved it. Great location, quiet, but close to attractions, restaurants, and stores. Check in/out was easy, condo was very clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Property was very clean. Kitchen was very well stocked. We loved the location so close to the pool, playground and BBQ. Our communication with the property manager was prompt and she answered any questions quickly. We have stayed in the private homes at Emerald Island many times but this was our first stay in the townhouses - but it likely won't be our last.

Close and comfortable...

This was a nice townhouse 15-20 minutes from Disney parks. Easy check in process, and very clean, comfortable accommodations. Plenty of room for the 6 of us last week. One thing that you may want to mention so that future guests are aware...the development sprinklers are zoned and on timers, so they may be on when you are arriving back to the house later in the evening. We were surprised by them, and got a little wet going into the house on two nights. It wasn't that big of a deal, but maybe just include information about what days/ times it will run, so that guests know ahead of time. Overall, wonderful vacation. Would recommend location to any family heading to Disney parks. Thanks so much...

First vacation since covid

I have stayed in a few homes in this community and they all have been very nice this time the Property manager reached out to me and checked on me made the stay that much better I have not had that done the other 5 times honestly it made the time better knowing that my family's best interest was there number 1 priority I will be staying there again and recommending it to everyone

Nice and cozy

Excellent distance from Disney, shopping areas, and restaurants, as well as highway access to places in Orlando. The property manager was kind and timely in their responses when I had questions. When we got to the property, we actually didn't expect several layers of security, but it did make our stay feel safer. With active quiet hours and the prohibition of overnight guests, it made for peaceful nights. As a plus, unlike some other places I've stayed, the walls to this property are quite thick, keeping out next door neighbor noises. Although the house was cozy with comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, and other amenities, this is but a few minor things me and my friends didn't like, but again most are minor. They're as follows: - Inaccurate/inadequate listings of kitchen utensils. We ended up bringing our own things when we didn't have to, but better safe than sorry. - All of the kitchen knives were serrated which made cutting meats and veggies difficult, plus they also felt very cheap. - Dishwasher pods/dish soap only lasted about three days max, only three trash bags provided, and despite the provision of soap no laundry pods to come along with the property. We felt like just a few should have been included like it was for the dishwasher and sink if the property came with washer and dryer. - Back sliding door was out of alignment and would get stuck a lot and the blinds would repeatedly pop out. - The two smaller rooms had inoperable outlets. - The smart TV downstairs is kind of old and we ended up resetting it so it can operate faster, but also to sign out of a previous guest's streaming services. Again, all relatively minor things, but we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again in the future!

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our three month stay! The property manager, Vania, was a dream! There was a problem with the refrigerator which was quickly replaced. Vania checked in with us on multiple occasions to make sure everything was good. The unit was clean, had all of the amenities we needed, and the location is great - just a quick walk across the street to the pool! We gave rented the unit again for next year and will likely continue to rent yearly! Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful stay!

Any time we head to Florida and stay off property we stay in this gated community. This specific property was wonderful and exactly as described. All the bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the location of the townhome is very close to the pool on property which was very convenient. The kitchen has everything needed, and everything was very clean when we arrived. Washer and dryer were great to have as well. The property manager was very easy to connect with and answered any questions promptly. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway

We have 3 fantastic weeks. A great house located great. Close to the pool, but not too close. Great house for our family of 4. Close to Parks, Supermarkets, Shopping. Can only say that we had 3 wonderful weeks. We can only give our highest recommandations.

Would stay here again

The property was extremely clean and decorated very nicely. It had all kitchen/laundry items needed for cooking and washing. It even had a high chair, which was very convenient. Stairs and doors were very squeaky, which is something I could’ve lived without. The only negative comment is that on the day of departure when our check out time was 10:00, the air conditioner cut off abruptly at 8:00. Packing and cleaning with small children while it’s 85 degrees out with no A/C was extremely annoying. The ladies in the clubhouse (where you check in and out) were very rude and dismissive also. The townhome was great though. Very close to Disney so that we could come and go easily. Playground literally in the back yard, which was good for our little ones.

Ideal for Disney parks

Great property in ideal position to visit the Disney parks via a short cut. Gated community so felt very safe. Clean and tidy with everything you need for a self catering holiday, beds very comfortable and linens clean and fresh. Furniture new and photographs show a true representation of the property. Position of patio not ideal for sitting out but communal area with swimming pool very close by. We were disappointed to have to strongly negotiate not having to pay the Property Damage Protection fee of $79 for a 4 night stay, despite the policy not covering non US residents and pointing this out, we were then asked to pay a 3000 USD damage deposit as an alternative!! Situation was resolved but not happy we had to deal with this. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Awesome accommodations near Disney.

The property was clean and neat. The property is near Disney and you can travel back and forth to Disney without getting on any of the major highways. The pictures are a good representation of the property. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered questions promptly. Instructions were clearly documented. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans etc. We would definitely stay at this property again.
