• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Half cleaned and roaches

Yes this property is beautiful on paper but in reality it needs a deep clean and repair on many items…. It also has roaches on the upstairs level…. I found myself calling often because nothing was right only to be told to call this number or that number…. We were unable to get the main tv to connect to WiFi … the dishwasher would not work …. There were hairs on the bathroom rugs and on the beds…. I never got a resolve from the management company even after numerous calls and emails…, this was a dump

Such an amazing place with tons of space

We traveled with our 3 children and 3 other teenagers for a trip to Universal. There was so much space in this townhome and it was amazing for the kids to have their own space. Plenty of bathrooms also. There was a functional problem with a door and the dryer which were conveyed to the property manager but they did not interfere with our stay at all. You will need to bring your own toiletries, paper products, etc but this was conveyed and we expected it. About 40 minutes (with traffic) to Universal. Publix and Walmart along with restaurants close by. It was an end unit and it a nice, quiet neghborhood. Beds were comfortable, residence was clean. We would defintely stay here again as there was so much space for all the kids to spread out. Thank you!
