Benvenuti nella nostra magica casa di lusso con 5 camere da letto e 5 bagni nella località a 5 stelle di Windsor Hills. A meno di due miglia da Disney, la nostra casa è il luogo perfetto per esplorare tutto ciò che la Florida ha da offrire.

La zona giorno luminosa e spaziosa comprende 3 divani, con una che si trasforma in un letto per dormire 2 ospiti extra. Inoltre, c'è anche un centro di intrattenimento con HDTV, lettore DVD e Xbox 360 con controller e giochi wireless.

Le porte del patio vi porteranno al ponte della piscina con la nostra piscina privata riscaldata sud-ovest e centro benessere, (la nostra piscina è impostata su 90F e il nostro centro benessere è impostato a 102F) sotto un Lanai schermato. La piscina è dotata di una staccionata per la sicurezza dei più piccoli. Ha anche sedie a sdraio e un tavolo con 6 sedie per sedersi e rilassarsi la sera.

Tutte le camere sono dotate di televisori ad alta definizione con cavo e ventilatori a soffitto. Al primo piano ci sono due master suite King size. Ognuno ha un bagno privato, cabina armadio, i suoi e suoi lavandini e una cabina doccia. Anche al 1 ° piano è la nostra camera doppia con letti singoli Mickey e Minnie con bagno privato.

Il 2 ° piano ha la terza camera da letto king-size e la nostra camera doppia Star Wars, recentemente decorata, entrambe con bagno privato.

L'ampia cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici moderni tra cui un frigorifero / freezer di dimensioni standard, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, stoviglie, posate e un bollitore.

La sala giochi comprende un tavolo da biliardo e air hockey per divertirsi. La nostra casa è adatto ai bambini e viene fornito con un pacchetto e giocare, seggiolone, passeggino, binari letto a due lati e cancelletto di sicurezza.


La nostra società di gestione locale assicurerà che la casa sia pronta per il vostro arrivo e fornirà un servizio di supporto 24 ore su 24 per rispondere a qualsiasi necessità che potrebbe sorgere durante il vostro soggiorno.

Wonderful.

Let me start with the hosts. Very responsive and gracious hosts. Home was very clean upon arrival. Beds very clean and comfortable. Pool area is second to none with extended deck, tons of seating for large group, bar/grill, pool games. Our family loved this home. Nothing but great things to say about it.

Wonderful family vacation home

The house was just what we expected from the photos, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The layout was perfect for our group of 10. Kitchen was well-stocked. Close to Disney World, which the kids enjoyed, but they also loved hanging out by the pool swimming and relaxing as did the adults. Great to have the theatre room both for watching movies and adult quiet reading getaway. We would definately rent again.

Great vacation house for a Disney getaway!

The house is very close to all of the Disney parks which was very convenient for us. There is also a Walmart right down the street. We were able to order groceries and have them delivered to the house.The property owner was quick to answer questions before and during our stay. After we arrived we found that the outside TV was not working. We contacted the owner who had the management company come and look at it the following day. They found a tripped breaker and resolved the issue quickly. All communication was prompt and professional.The house was clean and well maintained. We all found the beds to be very comfortable. The kitchen had everything that was needed to cook a variety of different meals. There are great safety features such as door locks, door alarms, and a pool fence, to ensure kiddos safety from the pool. The movie room was a hit!I agree with another review that mentioned there not being enough lighting around the grill area. In the downstairs master bedrooms, the showers have windows that face the neighboring houses. In one of the bathrooms the shower window directly faces a window in the neighbors house. I wasn’t able to tell if there was privacy film added to the window, but it didn’t look like it. A curtain or something to make the window opaque would be a nice touch. The pool is heated, however the pool heater does not run if the spa is on. The heater also does not run if the air temperature is below 50 degrees.

Beautiful Home

This home has everything you need for a family vacation. Very clean and well kept. The owners and management company are absolutely the best folks to work with. Definitely highly recommend this home for your vacations. The pool area is awesome with the extended deck and the theater room was so much fun. Everything was as it was shown in the photos and described. Just perfect.

Perfect Disney World location

We took our family to Disney and stayed at this house. We are 6 adults and 3 grandchildren and the house worked perfect for us. Unfortunately, we had issues with the air conditioner not working on the main floor. It was very hot inside the house. The owners were prompt to respond but the unit did not get fixed for at least 3 days. In the summer heat that was not fun especially trying to sleep. The other issue we had is that the hot tub did not work and a repairman had to come out. That also took at least 3 if not 4 days to get it working. My understanding is that homes are to be checked to make sure that the main functionality of the home you are renting should be checked. This was disappointing! It's not like a coffee maker that doesn't work but the air conditioning. We had picked this house also for the pool and hot tub and the pool is advertise as heated (it was not) so again that was disappointing. This house is a great house if we did not have the issues. I am also disappointed that I was not offered any sort of discount for those major things not working. I will say the owners were very nice but that did not change our experience.

Property is nice but, the details did not tell the whole truth. When we checked in the area near the door smelled of garbage and the dining room table was covered with cardboard boxes that the cleaning staff didn’t take care of before our stay. We are part of a volleyball team and the part of the property we liked was the outside pool area as we wanted to have the team over one day but………you are not allowed to have more than 3 cars and 12 people on property. Property owner does not tell you the limitations till they send “welcome packet” which is after you pay in full and are past the refundable deadline. It is a gated community which is also a pain. I voiced my frustrations after we got there and found this out. They offered partial refund if we left immediately but wasn’t going to do that. Again, nice property but did not fulfill our desires because the description is incomplete. Our kids were looking forward to having the team over but the undisclosed rules of the property and property management ruined that.

magical 5 bedroom villa.

Overall had a wonderful stay. We did have a problem with the toliet overflowing and flooding the bathroom, Maintenence was there quickly to look into the issue. Loved the pool and hot tub. Outdoor kitchen was great and easy to use. The kids loved the PS5 and movie room. also playing pool. Would definately love to stay here again,.

Amazing villa

Overall the villa was magnificent will definitely be using again when visiting orlando, perfect location, top top owners who sorted issue out quickly. Only issue was some of property was slightly dirty and could of been cleaner but that doesnt take away from the villa as would 100% recommend to anybody

Great location for Disney parks & family friendly house

House was perfect for our multigeneration party of 11. After a bit of a bumpy start with the pool not being heated to what we were expecting and a problem with the pump in the jacuzzi everything was fine and the problems we had were quickly dealt with by the management company. Kids loved the pool and spacious inside although dining table and chairs were not enough for the number of people the house will take. Would return here if we every come back to Disney but would recommend.

Great Spot

This house will not disappoint. The movie room is so comfortable. Although they do need a short cue stick for the pool table for shots against the wall;) The 5 bedrooms all have ensuites. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items. The pool was great, although the toy bin could use a good clean out. The corn hole bean bags are mouldy and soaking wet, so we didn't use them. The outdoor kitchen was fabulous and we used it often. Loved the outdoor speakers. The power went out and the front lock wouldn't work, but our host responded immediately and it was fixed right away. We had a lot of laughs and memories made at this place. Would rent it again in a heartbeat!

Best VRBO property in Florid

This is the second year we stayed at this lovely house and we will keep coming back if it's available. The owner, Huw, is extremely responsive and available. The recent upgrades to the house included an English pub/indoor theater with fabulous surround sound. The pool area with outdoor kitchen and extensive seating is spectacular. Every bedroom is a suite, especially appreciated by my guests. I hope it's available for us again next year..

The property was 100% amazing. My only thing was there should be more lighting near the grill area. We came home to grill and was using our phone flash lights to see if the burgers were cooked enough. The entire place was 5 stars. We plan on coming back in the future! Great place.

Exactly as advertised. Close to parks on park days, great pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen & media room on stay-home days. Excellent communication with hosts throughout the process. If you’re a group of 6-10, looking to stay off-site and visit parks, this is the place. 100% happy with the entire experience.
