Xfinity Blast Internet and Ring Home Security System - Ring uses passcodes (provided) for your use to arm and disarm the system. Video cameras are active on entrances and exterior of home.

Private 26’ X 13’ pool.... Pool and Spa Heat is optional and recommended November through April. Heating Option is not available during the summer months or when air temperatures are generally above 84 degrees daytime for sanitary reasons.. A full length child safety pool fence is available.

Pool and Spa Heating Fee is $40 per day (4 consecutive day minimum). Weekly Rate is $245. If only pool heat is desired, fee is 34 per day (4 consecutive day minimum) and weekly $220. Pool is heated to 86 degrees F and spa is heated to 100 degrees F. Spa jet operation is only available with pool/spa heating. Residential pool heaters heat to a maximum of 20 degrees over air temps. During extreme temperatures, heating may not be available.

Games Room with Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Darts, Basketball Toss

Use of Clubhouse Facilities - Kiddie play yard, Tennis & Volleyball Courts are available dusk until dawn. The clubhouse offers a gym daily from 5AM until 9PM, and a games room that has shuffleboard, foosball, and air hockey that is available Mon-Fri 9AM -5PM. Minors under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.

Two master king bed ensuites // mattresses all with allergen/bug/mite protection

$59 Damage insurance policy included with quote, may be omitted for alternative $400 security deposit (returnable upon departure inspection). If guest prefers higher deposit ($400 in lieu of damage policy), notify owner prior to booking for invoice revision

If available, early check in and late check out are available (minimum $50) . Unapproved late check outs incur fee, including possible extra cleaning fee if cleaner schedule is impacted
