ABOUT THE HOUSE
This house is just a few steps from the clubhouse and the pools. Just a short walk from your vacation home!
The house has everything you will need while on vacation: a fully equipped kitchen, living & dining area with entertainment amenities, spacious bedrooms with Smart TVs, and your own working desk with chair.
• Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and dining utensils for 9. Just installed new granite coutertops!
• Countertop Water Purifier (no need to carry heavy bottles from the store)
• 45' cable Smart TV in the living room, with an XBox One.
• BUSINESS travel READY: desk to plug in your laptop with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi
• Full size washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board.
• Linens, bath and pool towels are provided.
• And if you like grilling, you can ask for a 3 or 4-burner outdoor grill! The outdoor grills are not on-site and will be available upon request. The grill can be delivered on the day of your arrival and will be picked up after your departure; it is delivered completely sanitized and with an entire can of propane (charcoal is not allowed, per resort regulations). The cost for up to one week is $80+tax for the 3 burners, and $95+tax for the 4 burners, while each extra day after costs $11.42+Tax and $13.57, respectively.
If you have a baby or a toddler, there is also a pack-n-play and high chair available (due to allergy concerns, linens for the pack-n-play are not provided), as well as a full-size crib in the 2nd level kids' bedroom.
You will always have access to complimentary WiFi. In our place, you can connect to our private network while at the house, and when at the clubhouse, you will have access to the resort's WiFi network, too.
Access to all resort amenities such as pools, water slides or gym are also - no additional charges.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Your party of 9 + 1 baby/toddler will be very comfortable in this vacation home. On the 1st level, you will find the living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a 45” Smart TV and Xbox One game console, where your whole party can enjoy family time. At this floor, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed – perfect for those who don't like stairs. There is also one full bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the second floor, you will find the other two bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom presents a King bed with its own full en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, with balcony access, and a Smart TV. The second room has a double bunk bed with a trundle (for up to 5 people) plus a full size crib, en-suite bathroom and is equipped with a Smart TV as well. You can access complimentary Wireless Internet, and Cable programming on all the TVs. Full size washer and dryer are available in this floor.
ABOUT THE RESORT
This cozy townhouse is located at Regal Oaks Resort at Old Town, Kissimmee. The property is only a short walk from Old Town with its many attractions, including bars, restaurants, shops, and a carnival-style amusement park!
Swimming Pools
Relax and soak up the Florida sun on one of the many poolside loungers dotted among Florida's palms, then dip in the inviting water to cool off. Pools are open every day from dawn until dusk, and are heated year-round.
Water Slides
The main feature of Regal Oaks outdoor oasis is the dueling water slides. Fun for all ages, this amenity will keep you and your family busy all afternoon! Take in the views from atop the landing deck or race your friends down the rushing slides, this mini aqua-park is the highlight of any Florida vacation. Slides are open year round and all riders must be 48in or taller.
The Resort has 24-hour manned gated security.

We are ideally located for the numerous Florida attractions, including Disney, Universal Studios, and Seaworld. For golfers, the townhouse is ideally located with many fantastic courses within easy reach, with the closest being Falcons Fire Golf Club and Celebration Golf Club.

Uber taxi service charges $10 to $30 door-to-door to Disney World.
Our vacation home is self-catered during your stay.
At your arrival, you will find everything ready for you: clean linens and towels for up to 9 guests, shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, and cleaning supplies enough for your first days. In case you run out of toilet paper rolls or garbage bags, you can get them at the clubhouse' convenience store or drive to the numerous supermarkets in the area.
If you want additional clean towels or linens, you can either use the washer and dryer at the unit, or request an additional (mid-stay) cleaning (including replenishing of toiletries and cleaning supplies).
Our vacation home is a SmartHome, equipped with temperature and motion sensors for your safety and comfort, as well as energy efficiency. Do not tamper with the sensors, or a $200 fine will be applied for reprogramming/replacing them, as every attempt of tampering sensors or any other device is registered in the SmartHome App. There is one external camera in the front door, pointing out to the porch, which allows us to record package deliveries and garbage pick up, in case it is needed. There are no cameras or any image recording or viewing devices of any kind inside the house.
