There is a Ring Video Doorbell at front door and at the pool for your safety.

Check-in: After 4:00 p.m.
Checkout: 10:00 a.m.

Guests must leave by the check-out time (10:00 a.m.), as we have other guests arriving on the same day. Guests who do not check-out on time may be charged an additional fee, as there will be additional work for our team.

Please be advised that pool heat is optional and additional fees apply.

Pool Heating is $40 per day, with a maximum charge applicable for 6 days unless your booking extends beyond 10 days. If your booking surpasses 10 days, you’ll only be charged for the initial 6 days, along with any additional days beyond the 10-day mark.

Pool can take up to 24 hours to fully heat, depending on weather. Please notify us at least 24hrs in advance so pool will be to temperature upon your arrival.

Pool heat payments are non-refundable.

BBQ griddle is provided for your family enjoyment for free. However, if the tank requires refilling during your stay you can either exchange the tank yourself at the local 7-Eleven or we can do it for $100.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
