Summary:

This bright and airy three bedroom condo is located in the Palisades Condominiums and is presented by Upstay. It's pet-friendly, and is conveniently located near Disney, just a 10-minute drive away from the park. The suite has a large private patio, fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), and in suite laundry machines. Free parking and wifi included! The building has an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, and games rooms for our guests to use.

Located just off Highway 192, this pet-friendly 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers comfort, space, and easy access to restaurants, golf, shopping, and top Orlando attractions. With stylish interiors and resort-style amenities, it's the perfect getaway for families or groups—just minutes from the action.

•There is free parking available in the lot underneath the building, please note this cannot be reserved and is on a first come, first serve basis - with a height restriction of 7.5Ft. Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles.



Unit Access:

• As you enter through the main entrance to the lobby, you'll notice hallways with wide clearance and two elevators.



Our guests get complimentary access to the building amenities. They are open from 8am - 10pm, year round.



The Neighborhood:

Palisades Condominium is right off the 192, with easy access to a great selection of restaurants, shopping spots and entertainment.

• Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.



Pet Friendly:

•To keep everyone safe and comfortable, we allow small dogs (maximum of 2). Please share your dog’s breed in advance. A $99 pet fee per dog applies.

• A pet fee of $99 will be included at the time of booking if the pet is declared. If a pet is not declared during booking, the fee will be charged separately after the reservation is made .

•If you have more than one pet please note that an extra fee of per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.
