Resort and Property Manager never replied to email or calls

Overall a good and enjoyable time spend at this resort. Tried to contact Regal Palms before our trip - never got any response from them. Tried to contact Property Manager during our stay - again never got any response!! That is very irresponsible and we didn't like it. Supervisor at the resort/pool is too strict and likes to use his whistle for every little thing, but doesn't clearly talk to people, so nobody knows exactly what is wrong. The resort itself is nice. The property was good too, but the dining table is way to small. When it says -sleeps 8, there should be room for 8 people at the table. We could never spend time all together at the dining table, because it was too small. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
