The open concept living area windows allow natural light to flood the space during the day and modern lighting that brightens the space at night sounds like a perfect place to relax and unwind. The enclosed patio with a swimming pool, and summer kitchen with barbecue is an excellent spot for family entertainment and relaxation. The cinema room will keep you entertained during your stay. The five bedrooms, two of which are themed, offer a comfortable and unique sleeping experience. With 5.5 bathrooms, you and your family won’t have to worry about sharing with others. Each member can enjoy their own private bathroom space.
But wait! The best is yet to come! Step out onto the enclosed yard, which features a swimming pool, summer kitchen with barbecue grill, and al fresco dining area. Here, you can lounge the day away in complete privacy.
When you've had enough of the outdoors, retreat to the upper-floor loft with a cinema room to relax and unwind.

CLEANING & SANITIZATION
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process before each check-in. Clean linen and towels will be available according to house capacity. Cleaning services during the stay can be requested for a fee.

POOL HEAT
Pool Heat is an option service for a fee.
The cost is U$ 35 per day with a minimum of 3 days’ service. It must be requested 48 hours in advance and the temperature will not exceed 95F.
The attached spa does not have jets and will only be heated if the entire pool is heated. Pool and SPA will have the same temperature
The pool heater works with heat exchange and will not work if the weather is very cold. If you opt to heat the pool during cold weather conditions and the desired temperature is not reached, we will not be able to issue a refund.
If the pump overheats the system will automatically shut down until the pump can regain its functionality.

NO PETS ALLOWED
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

PACKAGES & ONLINE PURCHASES
Post Office (USPS) does not recognize vacation homes as residential address and if online seller uses USPS for the deliveries, that package will be returned to sender.
FEDEX, UPS, DHL and Amazon deliver to the house address.
Please note that we are not responsible for any deliveries or unexpected issues with online orders.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoke will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We ask that you treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
