The Space:
As you might expect, the home features Disney themes, a private pool, and space to enjoy indoor leisure time. But each space has unexpected twists and modernized elements sure to surprise and delight throughout your entire stay.

A black and white color palate, with subtle touches of gold, creates a luxury feel in the home’s main living area. Abstract art and lighting fixtures complement the extravagant design, while functional furnishings like the sectional couch and smart tv make for a comfortable space to relax and unwind. The design carries into the kitchen, equally beautiful and functional, where stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender, air-fryer, and electric skillet all await for convenient cooking at home. Barstool seating for 4 surrounds the large kitchen island, while more formal dining can be hosted at the dinner table set for 6.

Outside, your beautiful screened-in pool is a sure highlight of the trip. Poolside lounge chairs and an outdoor dining set are arranged around the patio. The pool itself has plenty of space to swim and play, plus there’s grassy yard for playing on land. Modern Dream Disney Vacation is designed for all ages to have fun, whether that’s swimming outside or enjoying the indoor game room with pool table, smart tv, chic seating and decor, and a selection of games.

This contemporary home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests between 4 private bedrooms and futon sleeping space.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with freestanding tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks.

Bedroom #2 is furnished with a queen size bed, a statement hot pink bed frame, and smart tv.

Bedroom #3 features a sweet Minnie Mouse theme with 2 twin size beds, smart tv, and light pink accents.

Bedroom #4 has bunk beds with a full size mattress on bottom and twin size mattress on top. This room features a modern spin on an Avenger's theme with black and white colors, stylish art, and a smart tv for streaming Marvel movies.

THINGS TO NOTE:
The home has an additional shared bathroom with walk-in shower and light-up mirror.
Parking space is provided in the driveway.
Washer and dryer in unit.
- A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.

- Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.

- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.

-This home sleeps an additional person on a small twin sized cot. Please verify with us before check in if you plan to use this additional sleeping amenity during your stay.
-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.
-Parties or large gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of guests for the home are not allowed. The community does not allow large parties or events to be held at the home.
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Modern Dream Disney Vacation is located 20 minutes from Disney World, and Universal Studios is just a little further, at 40 minutes away. Beyond Orlando’s famed theme parks, explore endless shopping, dining, and live entertainment all around. With this home’s ideal location, nothing is off limits!
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
