Great size and location for a family vacation home. 3 children, (9,12,15) and everyone enjoyed the rooms, pool table and swimming pool! House was not as clean as you would hope, the finer details. Ice machine in fridge was full of mold, and did not work. No working overhead light in Minnie Room, 1 bed frame broken in Minnie room. Black mold on base board in main bathroom from obvious water spilling from shower. Beautiful master bathroom, one of the best parts of the house. Swimming pool was great, after a few days it was turning green with algae- I texted the number I was given to ask about how often they come by to clean it and was told only once per week. This was 6 days into our 9 day stay. I sent photos of the pool and although I didn’t hear back from them if someone was coming- it was cleaned and looked great the next afternoon. Our first vacation in florida, and the house made it so welcoming and comfortable. Overall 8/10, we would come back (and hope they give it a good deep clean before then 😉)

It is an excellent option for a family stay. You need a car to get everywhere, however it is very close to everything... the Disney parks, food court and supermarket. The host is very attentive and is available to answer any questions or concerns.

Our family of 5 fit perfectly in this Davenport home. We enjoyed the living/kitchen space, but was not able to fit 5 people on the couch-3 fit comfortably. The kitchen chairs seemed fragile, might be time to upgrade? The garage with the pool table was cool, but had a water leak and the carpet was soaked when we arrived so we didn't use it. We loved how clean the entire home was and how large the master bedroom was. Laundry room was convenienly located next to the master. We also liked that it was close to Walmart, restaurants and 20 minutes away from Disney.

This place is a nice place to stay with kids they have a pool and lots of space if you have a car shopping is close by. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job with the deatails like wipeing down doors and cleaning the base of the toilets and cleaning the garage carpets and moving some of the furniture to clean dust and dirt. Another couch in the back living room would be great because there is limited comfortable seating for days in where your just relaxing. In rentals im sure its hard to keep nice furniture but the bed in master bedroom was broken and the bench in the living room was dirty and water stained.

The home we rented was impressive at first sight, however, less so throughout our stay. As the home we rented last year was much less than clean, at least it was maintained functionally. This year I was impressed to see that it was "professionally cleaned", and this was a deciding factor in choosing our rental. There were many false statements on the rental information page, and several disappointments. The home had spills on the dining chairs and island stools that were not cleaned. The mat in front of the kitchen sink had spills on it, and the grate in the bottom of the sink had mould/rotten food all over it. There are no dish towels or pot holders/oven mitts. The main bathroom shower head was mostly clogged with hard water scale, I assume, and the clear sprayers, sprayed everywhere but down. The shower floor has a large black outline where water stands. There is no seal on the bottom of the shower door, and all the water that runs out. The sink taps had a dirty crust around them. The ensuite bathroom has a bathtub, but when I turned the tap on, some kind of black stuff came out with the water and it clung to the sides when drained. The tub had to be scrubbed before it could be used. While watching TV, there were numerous ants crawling up my legs at the couch. While looking for the source of the ants, I noticed that there were large spills under the couch. The patio’s furniture was moldy and broken. I can continue on and on but I am only allowed so many characters in this

We stayed at this house in Orlando for 7 nights with 8 people, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. When we arrived, one of the two trash bins was already full with garbage from the previous guests. That left us very little space for our own trash during the week. The house had only a small bar of soap in each bathroom and just two toilet paper rolls total — for 8 people staying 7 nights. That’s just not enough basic supplies. There were only 5 bath towels, even though we were 8 people, and the pool was very dirty. The pool furniture was also covered in humidity and dirt, so my 9-year-old daughter couldn’t enjoy it at all — and one of the main reasons we chose this house was so she could use the pool. There was no dustpan in the house, and to make things worse, the internet was shut off the night before our checkout. Also, the ceiling fans were full of dust in the bedrooms. Overall, this was not the experience we were expecting. We really wanted to enjoy our vacation, but there were too many problems with the house. I don’t recommend this property to anyone.
