My husband and I stayed here when we came for our spring break trip to universal and sea world! It is about a 10 minute drive from all the parks with plenty of places to eat, coffee shops, and grocery stores 5-10 minutes away. Being on the less expensive end of VRBOs in the area, you get what you pay for! The place is tucked away at the back of a townhouse development, so you encounter very few people and have almost no random cars driving by. Being Florida, the townhouse was toasty and muggy when we first arrived (and when we got back after being at the park all day). But when you turn the air down a bit, it cools down quickly! Plus, they had a nice box fan in the bedroom upstairs that helped A LOT. As far as cleanliness, we had no issues aside from some pretty noticeable cracks in the vinyl flooring. The sheets and towels were clean and all the countertops were clear and ready for guests!Check-in and out went smoothly! When we got there, I forgot to send a message to Tatiana and she reached out to me to make sure we got in ok (even asked if we needed anything else)! Overall, this was a great place to stay and lay our heads down at night after a very very long day.
