Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

A BBQ gas grill is kept at the home. There is a rental cost to use. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

Awesome themed house. A few hiccups but all in all okay.

When we first arrived one of the upstairs toilets wasn’t flushing. The property management fixed it. We rented the place for 17 days, we wanted to watch a movie in the theater room but it was pixelated really bad. I messaged the property manager about it right when we got there but nothing was done. All of us unfortunately got really sick halfway through our trip and would have loved to have been able to watch movies in the theater room but it didn’t get fixed until 2 days before we left. My dad is fighting cancer and got the flu while we were there. Wasn’t able to use his 10 day hopper pass and would have watched movies in the theater room but couldn’t. That’s one of the reasons for renting the house, so we were very disappointed it was not all in tact. But the next people to rent it will be able to enjoy it. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and movie screen outside.

Family vacation

Was a very nice spacious house with lots of room for 9 adults and 6 children . House was nice and clean and was nice to have all the bathrooms My grandchildren just loved the pool and spend a lot of time in it . We did pay to have pool heated and were glad we did . Would have been nice to have a couple more chairs around the patio table when we ate outside. We had a very very good week and would definitely like to come back!

Great space and location

The property location was great, just a short walk to the Oasis Club. Everything was clean and had plenty of towels. Appreciated some of the pool toys. Definitely enough space to accommodate all guests and spaces for privacy with a big group

Golf Trip

We have 8 guys go on a golf trip each year. We have stayed in a house in the ChampionGate area 3 out of the last 4 years. This house was perfect for our group.

Spacious and fun for the family!

We had a group of 8 adults and 8 kids, and the house was spacious enough that we never felt crowded. The kids especially enjoyed the movie room and game room- there was plenty to keep them entertained. The Oasis was just a short walk away, which was fantastic, with great food and a heated pool with a hot tub. However, there were a few things that could have been improved for a more enjoyable stay. We were informed the day before our arrival that the pool heat had been turned off due to cold weather, leaving 8 very disappointed kids. The neighbors kept their pool heat on, which made it even more frustrating for us. Fortunately, management came out 3 days into our stay to turn the heat back on, by day 4, the kids were finally able to swim. I believe this policy should be mentioned in the listing, as we specifically book the property for the heated pool and hot tub. There weren't enough beach towels, shower towels, or kitchen towels for all of us, so we found ourselves constantly doing laundry. The upstairs bathtub drain was clogged, and the beds were quite squeaky. We also noticed there was no pizza cutter, no baking sheets, and very dull knives, plus some dirty dishes. Despite these issues, everyone enjoyed this day overall. The hosts were very responsive and quick to address my concerns.

Fully Equipped for all ages

We stayed in this house along with our cousin families with kids of different ages. The house is fully equipped with lots of fun stuff ranging from Xbox, pool and other table games to even two theaters (inside and a pool theater). Parents and kids spent quality of time in all corners of the house and had loads of fun. The host gave us clear instructions helping us with smooth checkin and checkout. The house is huge, clean and nice in a beautiful neighborhood close to lots of shopping. Overall we had no complaints at all and really enjoyed every bit of staying in this house.

Great Getaway

Villa was lovely and as per the photographs shown on VRBO. Lots for teenage kids to do. Championsgate was a lovely complex to stay at with good security. Very speedy responses to questions raised from the property owner and management company. Would definitely recommend staying at this villa.

Great Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 11. We especially enjoyed the pool and the convenient location to the resort area. The screen in the pool area was awesome. We enjoyed a movie every night while swimming after dark. The house was very spacious and accommodating. We would recommend this home very highly. The agents were always available if we needed them. Hope to go back next year.

Great stay

There were 15 of us staying at this property. It was exactly as it looked online and so much included in the house to keep everyone happy. The game room was amazing and the kids loved the movie theatre. Highly recommend this house!

Family get together

Loved the property, themed rooms and game/ Theatre room were a hit. The only downside was the AC stopped working in the theatre room two days before we check out and one of our family members has bad allergies and we didn’t notice the plus in air fresheners until the night before we checked out. Thst made her stay not as enjoyable as the rest of the family.

Best VRBO house yet!

Every Father's Day, for the last 8 years, our family has gotten a vacation home for the weekend where we celebrate the fathers in our family. We host a cookout the first night, a fish fry the second night, and an all day brunch on Father's Day. In the past, houses were hit or miss and nothing was ever big enough to accommodate everyone. This year, the house was perfect! It was just as advertised and was well-maintained. We had plenty of space; and there was lots of entertainment with the theatre room, game room, and pool, and the waterpark was just a short walk away. We didn't have to bring our own pots and pans because the kitchen was well stocked, and when we had a minor issue with more drivers than expected, management was very responsive and helpful. This VRBO was the best house we have ever experienced by far and we hope to be back next year! Thank you Keith, Katie and the Pro Agent Group!

Golf group of 10 adults. Everyone had a bed. Lotsa bathrooms and lotsa games when we were not playing golf. 9.9/10. Lost a tenth for the bbq that costs extra fee and was almost useless and dirty. That’s it. Will stay again if we visit Champions Gate.

I was not happy with our stay. I paid extra for a grill only to find out no propane in tank. No one would answer to solve the problem, everyone passed the buck. For the amount of money you pay and the five star claim I expected just that. I was very disappointed. I also pulled my blanket back to find a dead bug.
