Welcome to this modern 12-bedroom, 11.5-bath home—perfect for your next family getaway! Comfortably sleeping up to 32 guests, this centrally located retreat is just 15 minutes from the Disney parks. Enjoy fantastic amenities including a private pool and spa, a home theater for movie nights, and a fun-filled game room. With plenty of space and entertainment for all ages, it’s the ideal spot for family reunions, group vacations, and special get togethers.

RESORT:
We are located in the beautiful Bella Vida Resort. You will have access to all the resort amenities at no extra cost.


BBQ USAGE:
A one-time fee of $50 applies for the use of the BBQ, regardless of the number of days you use it. A starter propane tank will be provided for your convenience.
We appreciate your cooperation and hope you enjoy your stay!

PARKING:

You can park 2 cars in the garage, and 2 cars in the driveway. There is overflow parking one house down for any additional cars. Please note there is there is no street parking at anytime. The Resort will tow all cars parked on the street (even for unloading), and on the grass. Thank you for you understanding!
Note: Upon your arrival, you will find a complimentary starter set including toilet rolls, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for your immediate use. Following this initial provision, guests are expected to procure any additional supplies they may need throughout their stay. Thank you

This property was everything advertised and more. The host of this property is a very outstanding person. She was so very nice and responsive to any needs to be addressed for the property. I definitly will be returning to this property/host. She is Awesome!!!!!!

Birthday Celebration

Our stay was amazing, we really enjoy the property. We celebrated with family a 70th birthday. The house was just as it stated on the website. It was very clean and we had no problems with anything. Weekend Retreat

My nonprofit board stayed here for a weekend board retreat. It was perfect for pur needs. Spaces to break into small groups but also enough space in the dining room for everyone to work together comfortably. The host was super helpful and great to work with. Highly recommend.

Memorial Day, Family Reunion

We had a group 15 adults and 3 teenagers. The house was beautiful and clean. It looked like the pictures on line. The host is very nice and accommodating. I would definitely rent the house again.

GKTW volunteers

We rented this home for a group of 20 adults while we volunteered at Give Kids The World for the week. Nice home and a great location for what we needed. The Host was very responsive to our needs and maintenance issues that came up.

Nice Home for a Week's Stay

This property is nicely sized for a large group. Our group was a little over 20, and we were all comfortable in the space. We didn't feel crowded and enjoyed the time. The Bella Vista space is very nice, and it was not a long drive to any of the things we wanted to do while in the Kissimmee/Orlando area. The thing that stood out the most for us was the communication with the property manager. Checked in with us during our stay, and even let us check in a little before the time as the property was ready for us. Great space, great neighborhood, great property manager. I would recommend anyone to have a stay here.
