My Happy Place with Resort Amenities AND minutes from Disney!!

Welcome to your Happy Place! This fully renovated townhome is minutes away from Disney World and other Orlando parks and amusements. It has everything you need for your vacation. Located in the beautiful, gated Emerald Island Resort. You will have access to all the resort amenities, including the club house, two awesome pools, walking trail, tennis court, tiki bar, gym, two playgrounds and more. Easy self check in, Wi-Fi and accessible parking.

Our beautiful townhome is perfect and comfortable for up to 6 guests. This spacious unit has three bedrooms; a master room with a king bed and two guest's rooms, one with a queen and one with two twin beds. For your enjoyment,
every bedroom has a tv. There are 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom on the first floor for your convenience. The gorgeous kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and cookware, including washer & dryer.

For your safety and ours, the front and rear entrance of our property is monitored and protected by RING.




Please Read: Recently, Emerald Island Resort changed their policy on entering the resort. They now require a one-time fee of $20.00 per car for an access card which will allow you to enter and exit the resort. This fee is paid directly to the resort at the clubhouse, when you first arrive for your check in.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The unit is well kept with lots of amenities and things you may have forgotten (like soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the showers) There’s a cooler and ice packs to use poolside. The unit is clean and well maintained. Appliances are in great working order. Beds are very comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and responsive to all communication. Location for me is key. It’s close to Disney and shopping but not on a busy main road. Highly recommend.

I could not be happier with our stay here! It was so homey and the cleanest rental we've ever been in, also in a very safe community. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and take lunch to the parks and it was very close to Hollywood studios and Epcot. The owners were very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location - it was very quiet and situated well to visiting all the local parks. The hosts responded instantly and were helpful.The only “complaint” is that the property needs a good cleaning. There was hair in our beds, shower, laundry machine. Thankfully I had brought my own sheets and towels. The bathroom drawers were filthy. To the point I didn’t use them. The stair railing was brown (even though it is white paint). I had to clean before I could be comfortable staying. Tops of beds were thick with dust. Picture frames were covered in dust. Door tracks to the back and bedroom patio were black and gross. It just seems there wasn’t attention to detail in the cleaning. It was a fabulous place - just not very clean.

Wonderful place to stay!

Cute condo with all the amenities in a very nice and safe gated resort. Everything was just as the listing described and it was very clean and welcoming. We visited Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Universal Studios during our stay and we had just a short drive from the condo to all parks (about 30 minutes). We had lots of fun and enjoyed our stay!

Perfect family location for visits to Universal Studios (including the new Epic Universe) or Disney! This is an amazing property for a family of 4-6 to use as a homebase as they have adventures all around Orlando. We absolutely loved having a kitchen, washer/dryer, and plenty of other amenities to use during our stay rather than paying exorbitant resort prices. Just 25-30 minutes from Universal parks and 10-20 minutes from Disney parks! Highly recommend this condo!

Cousins Trip to Disney

The condo was fantastic! Our two and six-year-olds loved the Minny and Mickey room. The condo was impeccably decorated, clean and well stocked. The location was super for Disney and Epcot, a quick ride to and from. And at the end of the day when we came home, we were able to walk over to the pool for a fun swim. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Place!

Great rental that was a central location to many activities around Orlando. The management team was very responsive and the townhome was clean and perfectly decorated. There were two pools to use- one was walking distance from our rental and the other had a tiki bar, mini golf and cornhole. Would stay there again. Thanks!

Awesome vacation spot (near Disney)

This place is amazing. It is warm and welcoming. The unit is spacious, and the amenities plentiful. Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and a drawer full of utensils/gadgets. Appliances are in good working order Cleaning supplies are provided. The resort is quiet and well kept. It is off the main road, which is 192. It’s close to all attractions. Any communication with the hosts was prompt and friendly. I highly recommend this property

Wonderful home and perfect location

We loved our stay. It was in close proximity to Magic Kingdom. It was a quick drive to many restaurants, stores, entertainment, etc. The house was beautiful, beds were comfortable and we felt safe in this beautiful community. We will definitely stay here again.

Property was as listed. Very close to attractions, shopping and restaurants. The grounds were very secure. A couple small glitches but the property manager was very responsive and accommodating. We were very happy with the property and would highly recommend.

Wonderful!

The accommodations were just what we needed close proximity to the Disney Parks and plenty of amenities close by. We stayed during hurricane Milton and the hosts kept in touch before and after in case we needed anything, very comforting. We highly recommend this property!

Great condo best for young families

Pros: Clean, comfortable and very thoughtfully decorated interiors. Perfect condo for 6 people family. Very secure safe and Beautiful resort style neighborhood. Washer dryer is very convenient. Excellent host commutation. Will rent again. Cons: no major cons. Minor con is all bedrooms are upstairs. If you have elderly family members they may not prefer going back and forth always The lights in the bedroom are remote operated and not easy to turn on like normal switches. May be it was no obvious. The rental agreement can be made digital signature instead of printing it , signing it and sending it via email.. kinda cumbersome in today's day and age.
