Solterra Resort is a gated community with a variety of recreational amenities, allowing guests to combine fun-filled park days with relaxing moments right at the resort.

The home also features a Game Room for additional entertainment, as well as a washer and dryer, bed linens and towels, hair dryers, an iron, and an ironing board. For families traveling with young children, a Pack ’n Play and high chair can be requested free of charge.

Outside, the covered lanai and private screened pool create an inviting setting to enjoy the Florida weather. Outdoor furniture and lounge chairs provide space to relax, while the child safety fence around the pool offers added convenience for families with children.

BBQ Grill: US$65 for the entire stay.

Pool Heating: US$35 per day, with a minimum purchase of 2 consecutive days. The service must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The maximum temperature is 95°F (approximately 35°C). Because the system uses heat-exchange technology, its performance depends on outdoor weather conditions. No refunds will be issued if cold weather prevents the water from reaching the desired temperature.

Pets: US$135 per pet, per stay. This is a one-time fee for the entire stay and is not charged per night. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a maximum weight of 35 lb each.
