stay:



**Living Area:**

Step into a warm and inviting living space featuring a cozy sectional sofa, a

4K Ultra HD Smart TV, and access to the backyard. The open layout connects

seamlessly to the dining area and kitchen, making it perfect for family

gatherings.



**Dining Area:**

The rustic dining table seats six and is ideal for family meals or game

nights.



**Kitchen:**

A fully equipped kitchen awaits with modern appliances, including a

refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You'll find all essentials like

cookware, dishes, and utensils, plus a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle for

added convenience.



**Bedrooms:**

Relax upstairs in the serene master bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite

bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third offers two

twin beds, perfect for children or extra guests. All bedrooms have TVs and

ample storage.

Two full bathrooms with fresh towels, soaps, and a deep-soaker tub in the

master ensuite provide all the comforts of home.

estimated completion time of 3 weeks.

\- Towel Service: If you'd like to use the resort's pool towels, a $10 deposit

is required per towel. The deposit will be fully refunded when the towels are

returned.

\- Security Features: For your safety, security cameras are installed at the

front and back entrances. There are no cameras inside the unit, ensuring your

privacy.

**Important Details**

\- Resort Fee: $22.40/night per family, payable at check-in, includes access

to amenities.

\- Parking: Free parking for up to three medium-sized cars. Street parking is

prohibited.

\- Provided Amenities: Towels, linens, toiletries, Wi-Fi, and a starter pack

of essentials.



**House Rules**

\- No smoking, parties, or pets.

\- Quiet hours: 9:00 PM–8:00 AM.

\- Any rule violation may incur a $300 fee and potential eviction.



**GUEST SCREENING**

By placing a reservation with Mid-Florida Home Management and accepting these

Terms & Conditions, you, as the Guest, give permission to C & M Worldwide

Holdings Inc. to use a third-party company, Safely, to screen your identity

and check criminal databases in order to confirm your reservation. A guest

screening process will be conducted, and further instructions will be provided

to complete this step.
