  • Welcome to this Luxurious Two-Story Townhome, fully designed and decorated by Dovetail Interiors with high end furniture, bedding, towels, and a full stock of kitchen accessories, and utensils.

    Plenty of free parking directly in front of the townhome. This home is located only a short 2 minute walk away from the resort clubhouse which boasts upscale and one of a kind resort style amenities including a bar, restaurant 2 pools as well as water slides and splash park, the areas Only FLOWRIDER surfing simulator, complete high end fitness center, arcade and convenience store.

    The home is in brand new condition as it was not used nor rented out by the prior owners. As you walk into the home, you notice tall ceilings, open style concept kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinet space. This area is perfect to entertain the whole family, with plenty of space in the breakfast alcove and family room, all leading out to a spacious covered lanai, with a heated pool. Upstairs hosts a loft, all of the oversized bedrooms with ceiling fans, mounted TVs and marble countertop bathrooms. Fully equipped with a security system for fire, smoke, and water leak detection and a full closed circuit monitoring system with DVR. This high energy home has an ECOBEE thermostat for heating & cooling-system remote controlled.
