The Space:

This inviting 2,099 sq. ft. home in Tuscany at Westside Resort combines comfort, convenience, and colorful design for a memorable Florida getaway. Each room is uniquely styled to bring a smile, making it a perfect choice for families or groups of up to 10 guests.



Located less than five minutes from Kissimmee’s famous 192 corridor, you’ll find a wide variety of shops and restaurants, while easy access to the 429 highway and Disney’s western entrance puts Orlando’s top attractions just minutes away.



Main Living Areas:

Living Room: Comfortable seating with a large Smart TV and cable, plus the ability to connect your streaming accounts.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with updated appliances and a large breakfast bar with 4 chairs. Close to the dining area for convenient meal service.

Dining Room: Stylish table seating 8, perfect for family meals and gatherings.



Outdoor Space:

Lanai/Private Patio: Patio furniture for up to six, sun loungers, and a private pool and spa with a distinctive design.

With six captivating theme parks and three exhilarating waterparks, all within close proximity, there's an abundance of exciting destinations waiting to be explored.

We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, and shampoo. Please note these items are not replenished.



There is no daily cleaning, but if you’d like to arrange for our cleaning service to come in and tidy up, we can arrange it for a fee. Please let us know in advance.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $400 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the door keypad. The access code will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival.



You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

Surprise party

The house is great lots of space and bedrooms for a group. Pool was too cold to swim in and so called hot tub doesn't work and Internet and wifi didnt work the whole srat so none of the not hot at all.
