Each bedroom includes its own bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.

Enhanced Safety Features for Your Peace of Mind

For your security and peace of mind, this villa is equipped with cameras at the front and on both sides to monitor each entry point (note: there are no cameras at the back). Inside, the home includes hearing-impaired smoke detectors for added safety.

The doors leading to the pool have built-in alarms to prevent children from accidentally accessing the pool deck without an adult. These alarms can be easily disabled by pressing a button before exiting. Additionally, the pool area is secured with a safety fence for extra protection.
