**Welcome to Your Home Away From Home**

Please note the following important information regarding your stay:

- **Access Codes:** All codes for entering the neighborhood, accessing amenities, and entering the home will be provided before your arrival.

- **Policies:** We have a strict no-party/events policy, and smoking and pets are not allowed on the property. Any violations will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

- **Trash Disposal:** All trash must be properly bagged before placing it in the bin outside. Loose trash will not be picked up by the valet. A fee of $50 will be charged for sanitation of the bin in the event of excessive loose litter.

- **Reservation Changes:** Reservations cannot be rescheduled if the request is made less than 14 days before check-in.

- **Check-In and Check-Out Times:**
- Check-in is at **4 PM**.
- Check-out is at **10 AM**.

- **Late Check-Out:** A late check-out may be available under the following conditions:
- There are no incoming guests that day.
- There is no scheduled maintenance or other work on the property.
- We receive at least **7 days' notice**.
- We can adjust the schedule for the housekeeping team.

- **Preparation Time:** Our cleaning and maintenance team requires adequate time to sanitize and prepare the property for your arrival.

- **Pool Maintenance:** Pool cleaning and services are performed weekly.

- **Early Arrival:** If you arrive early, feel free to explore the resort clubhouse, where you will have full access to the resort amenities.
