Excellent timely communication with Lucia. The house had lots of space for our family of 4. You could easily fit 2 families in the house. An 8 minute brisk walk to the clubhouse, more if you're not walking fast. Kitchen had lots of dishes, cooking utensils, and I noticed it had baby/toddler dishes too. We loved her heated pool (and pool towels)!The resort was LOVELY! Lazy river, 2 waterslides, pool, outdoor basketball, playground, free arcade, mini golf, and fitness room. Lots to do! FYI - they don't allow outside food/drinks at the Aloha clubhouse. We opted to walk back to eat, so I don't have a review of their food. The menu looked overpriced and unhealthy.Things to know:- You have to throw recyclables in the garbage- Allow plenty of time to check-out. Expectation is you remove bedding, put all towels on the floor, throw out extra food, empty kitchen and bathroom garbages, and load and run the dishwasher. Didn't realize how long that would actually take, so we were scrambling right before our airport ride arrived- Line-up of cars at the security gate gets very long at peak times so plan for that. Uber drivers might get caught in it on their way to pick up. For drop off, we sometimes had our driver let us out on the road and we walked in- Publix, Starbucks, restaurants all within walking distance- We did Instacart Costco grocery delivery walk to Publix for small things - Bring towels to the WI resort poolOverall, a FABULOUS stay! We would stay here again:)
