No Communication to check in, had to email for information the night before and when we got information there was no clear instructions but two codes given with no clear instructions. There was no information about the property regarding the pools and what was provided there like the shuttle services and restaurants and the Hideaway and Bronson . Using the code to get into the gated community, depending on the guard we never really used the code we were just let in.The condo could have used more kitchen supplies for cooking and Tupperware to store leftovers and basic salt and pepper, thicker beach towels as the yellow and white ones were very thin.

Our stay

Resort was wonderful. My only complaint was there was no instructions or paperwork to tell us anything about the resort. We called the first night we checked in to get the code for the pool that was close to us and when we called we were told a code that they thought it was and said that no one had asked for it before. We did find the club house which was very nice. We would certainly stay again

Place to lay your head

Didn’t actually receive the condo we saw in the pictures. When we booked pictures showed 3 bedrooms with queen/full beds. Instead we got one of the bedrooms with bunk beds. There were no pot holders, dish towels or the basic essentials that all other condos we’ve stayed at had. The ice maker didn’t work, hair dryer didn’t work, and the remote in one of the bedrooms didn’t work.

Nice Location

The location and the condo was nice and clean. The remotes for the cable TV in the master bedroom and the living room had dead batteries. There are no linens and pot holders in the kitchen and the light under the microwave does not work. There was also a missing bulb in the lamp in the living room. I sent management a text message and an email and did not get a response. There should also be better instructions to operate the TV's. These are minor annoyances that should be and could be handled quickly to enhance the travel exerience

Place is nice overall with good amenities. Dishware just wasn't clean and there was no cooking ware, detergent, or backup toiletries. Not bad overall.

The property was easy to find and check in was fast and easy. The property was clean and exactly how its presented in the photo. There were some great add ons that are essential when traveling. I think the proerty covered all the necessities. Also its very close to all

Great Space

Condo was plenty big for my family of 5. Place was clean and comfortable. There was a leak coming from the AC unit, but other than that, everything was great.

Lack of communication

First of all. The communication through the web site is terrible. Clickes on the reservation and there was no instructions on to gather the code to get in to the the property. So i scrolled and found the AI help chat and got the number to call. Called and the lady was not real personable. Got the first number and it was the wrong number. Called back the lady was still not very personable. Gave me the second code. Worked. Apon entering the condo there was water on the floor. Place was clean and nice. Checked for wifi code in web site none. Communicated again with AI. Gave me the network and password. Did not work. Didn't even have the network pop up on none of 4 phones. Next day we were leaving for my daughter's volleyball game the door wouldn't lock. Called AI. Gave us the owners number and he would not talk to you only text. Long story short. He lead us to a key and maintenance fix the door. Asked him about the wifi too no response. Side note(There is a wifi tower with same network and password that the AI gave us) Had to work on this trip. Had find the nearest Starbucks to work at. All in all the place was alright. But if you are going to rent this place. Make sure ask about the wifi. Oh yah the water at the front door was due to the air-conditioning condensation leaking on the ground.

Nice property

Overall the unit was very nice. We were a group of 6 and did not feel cramped. The blinds in the living room offered no privacy and need to be replaced. Also the kitchen could be a bit more stocked with items (ie baking sheet) but for basic items was well stocked.

It’s OK

The place was convenient & fit 3 couples perfectly! It needs a good deep cleaning. We were short on towels as well. That was the only downside. It was over clean & had great amenities just needs baseboards cleaned and swept. There were dead bugs in the light fixtures & along baseboards. I would stay here again saying all that. Thank you!

First off the property was nice and quiet. Me and my husband had to take the mattress off the bed and sleep in the living room area because the master bed was broke. Even though they came and fixed it on the last night of our stay we still very upset about that. The blinds that is up to the patio slide door is missing pieces so if you want to close them at night it is not gonna help because you can still see inside. But the overall property was nice just avoid this unit.

Overall a good experience

The rental was pretty clean & mostly updated. The best part is the community pool. We still had to drive there; would have preferred something within walking distance. All in all it was a nice area.
