This beautiful 4 bed 3 bath townhome is located in Storey Lake Resort, an upscale, high-end golf vacation home resort. This resort is a brand new development with proximity to Orlando Disney and all other major attractions.

The Space
Storey Lake is ideal for families, just four miles from Disney and minutes to Universal, SeaWorld and other Orlando attractions.
Built around a lake, the Storey Lake resort boasts tons of fun attractions like pool with lazy river, two water slides and splash pad. You'll also have access to a sandy beach area, fishing, canoeing, kayaking and outdoor sports. When its time to eat, grab a bite at the poolside cafe or check out the clubhouse with lounge, a workout facility and business center.

This house is located in a very secure neighbourhood, with 24-hour security and gated fences to ensure privacy and security.

** Pool and SPA Heat Fee $45 per day after tax, must remain on for the entire duration of the stay, if requested. Please request pool heat at least 5 days before your arrival.
** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.
The vacation home is self-catering, please get additional supplies on your own, as we do not provide more than the initial amount.
Additionally, there are convenience stores near to the resort for any last-minute items and treats.

The dirtiest and worst rental I have ever stayed in

The house is absolutely filthy and has never been cleaned or maintained correctly. The carpets were disgusting because the vacuum in the closet turns on but has nosuction. They delivered a new vacuum after I contacted them and it was a dust buster with an extended handle which does nothing for carpets. The kitchen surfaces were covered in grease that was smeared everywhere and that dirty rag was used to clean the bathrooms. I contacted the listing owner within 1 hour of arriving saying I wanted to vacate the property and receive a refund. They absolutely refused the first day and after much back and forth, the second day offered me what equated to 55% of the total price back and told me to dispute it with my credit card. They sent a cleaner over unannounced when my children were sleeping and a maintenance man who entered the house with a master code while my two young daughters were downstairs by themselves. The sheets are polyester, dirty, and blankets unwashed. The mattress in the primary bedroom is so sunken and worn that it's impossible to sleep on. The LR couch is literally being held up in the middle by stacked pieces of wood. The pool was green with algae and unusable for the entire week we stayed. They refused to answer the phone when multiple VRBO agents tried calling them. Emily made up lies the entire time including saying the staff said I yelled at them which is completely untruet. They could check the Ring camera for these "incidents" but wont. Do not stay here.

Fun stay in Kissimmee

We had a nice vacation in this townhome! The owners were very responsive to all messaging and the townhome was nicely appointed. It was easy to get to the theme parks and we really enjoyed the community pool (there is a really close one with an awesome lazy river in addition to the big one with the water slides). The owners were able to help with a noisy neighbor as well. Thanks for a great stay!

Negatives: Smelled like smoke bad . Clothes smelled like it when I got home. Temperature in home hard to regulate throughout house. Only 4 eating spoons Pool didn’t heat up until 3rd day No wash rags Positives : Great location. Plenty of space Neighborhood and amenities provided were awesome So close to everything you need Plenty of sleeping areas Washer and dryer a plus and oven can be air fryer which was great .

Excellent alternative to a cramped hotel room!

This home was amazing! We only needed a place to stay for a few nights so at first I considered a hotel. Then I remembered looking into a vacation home rental for a larger family trip and decided to checkout my options. So glad we took this route! The home was very spacious and my son absolutely loved the Starwars themed room! Owner was excellent with communication!
