Stayed here for a family trip for a volleyball tournament at the OCCC. Property is well maintained, close enough to walk to the venue, and lots of amenities around. The unit is exactly as described and pictured and offered a great place to rest and relax when not playing. Joe and Debora were very responsive and proactive with communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo!

We had a great stay. The managers were extremely responsive - often within minutes! The condo was spotless and well organized. The development had a lovely pool and was well-maintained. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Family Friendly Stay in Orlando

The condo was extremely clean. The owners were very friendly and they made the check in so easy. Very nice condo development and close to everything that we wanted to visit. we would definitely stay at this condo again!!!

The perfect get away!

We had an amazing stay on this property. It is exactly as listed. It was spotless. This is the cleanest property we have ever rented! There was more than enough room for my daughter and I and the beds are super comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee while sitting at the cute little bistro set on the balcony. Nice kitchen complete with coffee maker, large refrigerator and dishwasher. Condo location is great as it is just around the corner from the pool. Resort location is perfect and only took us about 20 minutes with traffic to get to the Disney parks. Joe and Deborah are very quick to respond to messages. Don’t hesitate to rent this condo-you won’t regret it. Thank you for a great stay. Can’t wait to come back to this property!

Had a wonderful weekend here with our family of 6! The apartment was very clean, beautiful and functional. Plenty of space to spread out. The balcony was the perfect sunny spot for morning coffee. Free parking is a huge plus in Orlando so we loved that, and it was a 10 minute drive to the Universal parks. Wi-Fi and PlayStation were much appreciated. Loved the pool/spa/game room! And the pool bar was a welcome bonus. Owner communication was wonderful and check-in was a breeze. Great restaurants and stores very close by. Highly recommend!

Our family loved this place!

We loved everything about this place! The check in was very clear and provided the day before we arrived so we could print it for reference. We love the Vista Cay location as it is walking distance to a grocery store, pharmacy, several restaurants, liquor store, and more. It is a quick Uber/Lyft ride downtown to the Icon Park area (less than $10 during non peak times). We also used Uber/Lyft to get to Universal and to Aquatica/Seaworld. We rented a car this trip but we wouldn’t do that next time because it was close enough that we could have used Uber /Lyft right from the airport and for all of our travels cheaper than the car rental cost and parking fees at the theme parks. The apartment itself was very well stocked with all your kitchen needs, 3 bedrooms with REALLY comfortable beds, and 2 bathrooms with linens. A few of the things that it was stocked with that others might not have include pool towels, a PlayStation and an awesome blender. We had to ask the owners a couple questions and they were super quick to respond. We would definitely rent from them again.

Great Central Location

This condo is in excellent location for Disney parks and other attractions. Spacious condo. Large pool and warm hot tub. The owners are very attentive to renters needs and provide timely communication and were very helpful with our needs. Publix is just down the street and Walgreens on the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend this VRBO.

Very Enjoyable Stay

My wife and I and four kids stayed here for a week and it worked really well for us. The master bed was very comfortable (we were happy it was NOT memory foam) and all the kids got their own bed. The location is great - easy 15 minutes to Universal Studios which is where we spent most our time and a grocery store is just a couple blocks away. The pool at the adjacent clubhouse was great too. My only small gripe was that the kitchen seemed somewhat lightly stocked in my opinion and some other misc conveniences were missing but overall we were very happy. Would recommend.

Central location

The property was centrally located 10 minutes from Universal 10 minutes from Aquatica and Sea World. Plenty of restaurants. Was very clean with no fluff. Beds were comfy and plenty of room for family just as stated.

Perfect

We just finished our stay today. We were in Orlando for a cheer completion at the Orange County Convention Centre. This was the perfect location. Several families from our gym booked properties in vista cay which was nice. Some of our group walked to the convention centre. We took an Uber to avoid parking, okay back to the property. Location was awesome. The Walgreens at the corner and close to grocery shopping was convenient. It was very easy to get to highways and attractions. The property looks exactly as shown. It was clean, ample towels (including some for the pool). I appreciated having a couple of laundry tabs there to wash towels after using them at the pool. Beds were very comfortable and the space was great. My family of 4 stayed along with another mother and daughter. It was not too cramped with the 6 of us. Having two bedrooms was great. Deborah and Joe were wonderful to deal with. Very responsive with good communication prior to going. I received check in emails from them during our stay and after check out today. The grounds in vista cay are immaculate. The pool is awesome and very clean. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice property, great location

We stayed at this location for most of a week for a swim meet and to visit many of the parks. The location is great for all of these things. Close to Rosen Aquatic Center and SeaWorld especially. We only had 4 people total but the space is very comfortable for 6 easily. It could use a few updates and a few more kitchen items. But other than a few things, we greatly enjoyed our time. Communication was quick and easy as well!

Great Location

This property was located near major intersections that would allow you to move around Orlando easily. As for the unit, it was nice and mostly stocked. You have all the pots, pans, mixer and utensil but you will need to bring all the little things like spices an condiments if you want to cook meals. There wasn't a lot of dishwashing liquid or dishwasher tabs. Very handy to have washer and dryer but you need to bring soap, they do supply a few pods but they also request that you start a load of towels and dishes before you leave. Overall, I would consider staying there again.
