Guest Information:

Housekeeping: Cleaning is not provided during the stay. Optional daily or mid-stay service available upon request (extra fee).

Food & Beverages: Not provided, in compliance with Florida law. Guests must supply their own groceries and condiments.

Trash Disposal: Trash bins are located on the side of the house. Please place bagged and tied trash (max. 30 lbs / 14 kg per bag) and/or flattened cardboard boxes in the bins. Do not wheel bins to the curb—the valet trash service will pick them up from the side of the house.

Parking: Driveway for cars 5. No parking permitted on the street.

Linens & Towels: Clean sheets and towels provided. Washcloths are not included due to health regulations.

For your convenience, we provide starter supplies including soap, a dish sponge, dish detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests can purchase any additional items at nearby supermarkets.

Kitchen Amenities: Nespresso Vertuo (coffee pods not provided), blender, toaster, air fryer, and standard coffee maker.

Extra fees apply for BBQ use ($75 one-time) and pool heating ($50 per night, 3-night minimum).

Please note: Our facility features a spa, not a Jacuzzi.

• The resort does not accept USPS deliveries.
