Everything was as listed. Didnt spend much time in the home. We were gone most of the time. There was no information on the pool being heated. Wish it had given an option. House needs a little maintenence done. But over all it served our needs and was in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Furniture is very low to the ground. Very hard for older people to get up from. Beds are low as well. Need to improve cooking tools such as newer pots, there are no bowls fence in yard needs repairs part is bent. Tv in living room needs to have a roku added. There is a detached bedtoom and bath that is convenient when traveling with adult children. The host communicates well. Located on Cul de sac which is nice. Close to publix.

The location and home we're SUPER comfortable. They layout of the home was wonderful. Our 18 year old son loved having his own room and bathroom to himself.

House was nice. Could have been cleaned a little bit better. There was long hair all over the house and in the pool and the rug in the livingroom needs to be cleaned. Other than that, was a great house. My family enjoyed it.

3 Br Villa

Nice place. Loved it had a pool and a fenced in yard for our 4 legged baby. It needs updating. Furniture looked well used but was functional. Same for bedding and towels. Frig water/ice maker didn't work so had to buy ice. Layout was strange. Front door wasnt the front door. It opened to pool area which had a separate bedroom, non-secureable. We asked about a key to the door knob but there wasnt one. There is a screen door off the pool area that if someone wanted in, they could. There was a stepdown going towards the main house, by pool that you couldn't see well, so tripping did happen. If looking for a 3 bedroom for family with kids, probably wouldn’t recommend this house because the 3rd bedroom isn't attached to the main house. You have a bit of an overhang which protects you some from weather going to house. The actual door to house was past pool area. It opened to a nice open living room. Kitchen was nice but needed a few items such as mixing bowls. We purchased a pitcher & left it. Light remote controls for living room & bedroom kept adjusting each other. We loved the lanai which was off the living room. We sat out there most evenings chatting. The fenced yard had several spot where someone's pet had tried to dig out and there was either blocks or something else blocking the holes. Luckily our dog isn't adventurous so no worries about him trying to get out. Neighborhood seemed nice and secure feeling. Neighbors were friendly. Close to Publix, CVS and restaurants.
