Great rental! The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, and located in a great area. Communication was easy, and the host was very responsive. We never felt cramped and had such a great time during our stay. Having Publix right down the street was a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again.

This was a very disappointing stay! The photos are very deceiving, making it look new and spotless. It was far from that. Carpet was completely shot and full of stains. Our socks were black from walking around on the tile floors. Scuffs all over the walls. Furniture worn out. Moldy looking air vents. We had several issues while there too. They only gave us 6 towels even though it sleeps much more than that so we had to request more, which they thankfully brought. The GFI outlets were blown and had to have a maintenance person come fix it. The kitchen sink leaked and left puddles all over the kitchen floor. The hot water ran out so quickly and we had to take cold showers. The toaster was broken. The microwave display barely worked. The living room tv had lines all in it. There was a screen missing over the pool area, letting bugs in. No pool net to clean it. It was just one thing after another. The host did help with most of the issues, but I hated that I had to spend so much of our trip dealing with issue after issue. The location was also not great. It felt like a very dumpy area. It was also hard to go in and out of the gates because we weren’t given any sort of pass and had to wait on an attendant each time! I would AVOID this place if you are considering it.
