Located in the gated resort of Windsor Island, this spacious seven bedroom/five bathroom home has plenty to offer with its tasteful furniture and bright/airy decor. The open plan living room features a large sectional sofa, comfy armchairs and a 75-inch Roku TV, which is perfect for the entire crew to relax and enjoy family movie night.



The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living room and has everything you need to make your favorite meals or midnight snacks while still being able to join in the fun. The dining table seats 10 with an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island. If you're in the mood to dine Al-Fresco, feel free to venture outside to the screened-in lanai where you'll find an additional dining table with 6 seats overlooking the pool. Want to take advantage of that famous Florida sunshine? Take a dip in your own private pool and spa! The lanai also includes a sofa and loungers for soaking up the rays.



If you are in the mood for some friendly competition, head up to the loft where you will find a foosball table, another large sectional sofa and 75-inch Roku TV.



Sleeping 17 comfortably, this home has plenty of space where everyone can enjoy their vacation and relax after a fun day at one of the area's many theme parks, or after taking advantage of all that the Windsor Island resort has to offer, which includes dual waterslides, basketball courts, a lazy river and more!



For your convenience, the home also includes a washer & dryer and FREE WIFI.



There is an additional optional charge per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.

Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
