Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The sun reflects off the screened-in pool as you sip coffee before a day at the theme parks. Evenings are for unwinding in the spa, playing arcade games in the air-conditioned game room, or streaming a favorite movie together after a full day out. This single level home in the Orlando Area offers space to gather and room to recharge.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Two king master suites feature private ensuite bathrooms, smart TVs, and ceiling fans. One suite includes direct pool access, a rain shower, and a bidet. A third bedroom offers a queen bed, while the Mickey-themed bedroom includes two single beds. A queen sofa bed in the family room provides additional sleeping space. A crib, Pack ’n play/travel crib, and standalone high chair are always available.

Outdoor living
Step into your private screened-in pool and spa - available year-round, with heating offered for an additional fee. Lounge on sun loungers, enjoy the outdoor dining area, or fire up the private BBQ grill. The backyard is private but not fully fenced. Guests also enjoy free resort access with a shared gym, sports courts, and lake access.

Entertainment & family fun
The air-conditioned game room features a 65 inch HDTV, pool table, arcade games, life size games, and board games. Smart TVs are available throughout the home. Children’s books and toys, a children’s playroom, and an outdoor playground make this a comfortable stay for families of all ages.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home and includes a dining table for gathering together. Bathroom essentials, bedroom comforts, central air conditioning, central heating, and in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs
