Our house is a brand new townhome at Storey Lake in Kissimmee, FL We're in the best Kissimmee location and near to everything, such as Disney, Universal, Sea World, Premium Outlets, Lake Buena Vista Outlet, Publix, Walmart, Target, Stores, Malls and Pharmacies. The house has two floors, one queen bedroom on the first floor and another three bedrooms on the second floor. Private pool with bbq grill and outdoor table.

No washcloths, had to go buy some. Grill listed as amenity but there was a 99.00 fee to use it. Not mentioned. Home was awesome. Lazy river and pool were nice but hard to find. Would stay again.

Highly recommend

The house was exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway in Orlando. The location was perfect for access to restaurants and shopping as well as Disney World. The house was clean and perfect size for our group of 7. You won’t be disappointed in this house!

Unfortunately we didnt actually get a chance to stay at the property because the property wasnt available! We paid for this property 5 months before arriving to only have to drive 10 hours and have no place to stay. With a party of 4 adults and 6 kids it was a terrible experience. Dont book with them

Perfect Disney break

Great value property with a location if you're 'doing Disney' that in our experience is pretty difficult to beat, being never more than 20 mins to any of the parks. Our party was of 5 adults and a child and there was more than sufficient space for us all. The property itself was very clean, well stocked kitchen, and large seating areas, inside and out. I would say 5* for most elements, the only issues for us were - it was Easter and there was some kind of religious celebration over a number of days going on which involved a large marquee cooking food very very early in the morning with a refrigerated Penske truck parked outside our proeprty, with the chiller kicking it at the dead of night AND since we originally booked the house, the owner apptd a new Management Co, who were a mix of great and dreadful, didn't really affect our stay much, just annoying when simple things take a while to be resolved. We would stay again !

Amazing Townhouse, close to everything!

This townhouse looks just like the pictures! There is lots of space for everyone. Everything worked great. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. It is super close to Disney and just a little further to Universal. Loved our stay.

My stay!

Beautiful inside all updated.. very spacious! The kids enjoyed the pool.. I love the fact the kitchen had everything you need in it..I love the counter space.. you can cook and entertain your family at the same time. Checking in was very easy.. we were surrounded by a lot of stores.. I could shop till I drop in that area..

Family weekend getaway

My overall experience was great.. The place was brand new and very cozy.. We had 10 people in our family, 7 adults and 3 children. We used 4 bedrooms which accommodated us well. I have family members coming in July and I told them about our awesome experience. Hopefully they can book there as well.

Awesome

Very clean and modern townhouse. Everything is new and in excellent conditions. Pool is awesome for small kids due to its size is a little small for adults but club house pool area is prefect. Many restaurants and stores closeby. Gated community giving you more security. Definitely recommend it!! Will stay here for sure next time we are in Kissimmee.

Fantastic Family Vacation House

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The house was perfect and a great size for our group of 9 family members. Everything was very clean and there were plenty of linens and all the kitchen utensils we could possibly need. The pool in the back was great and perfectly heated! Amenities in the neighborhood were lots of fun, the lazy river and slides were our favorite. At busy times, guests might want to bring their own pop up chairs to the neighborhood amenities. Our host Reginaldo was SO nice and very responsive and informative. We had an absolute blast and would love to stay there again for any future Orlando vacations. The location to everything was great!

Great family time

We rent the property for new year eve. Excellent property, very clean, all furniture are like new, no complains at all. Communication with Reginaldo was great. I will stay again on my next trip to Florida
