Tranquil Pool Retreat near Disney, Shopping, and dining - two master bedrooms

When you’re ready to escape the daily grind of work life to relax, we’re here for you. Arrive. Put the car in the driveway. Walk inside, kick off your shoes, pour your favorite drink, head out to the pool deck to relax and take in the sunshine and relaxation. Leave the stresses of life and your working world behind. We are about 25-minutes to Disney (route & traffic dependent); 5 minutes to shopping and many restaurants. Pool heating is available at $37/day minimum of 3 consecutive days.

Note: We provide sufficient toiletries for a comfortable arrival night and morning after. Thereafter, guests typically purchase their preferred products. There is a publix grocery about 5 minutes from the house. Just head south on US 27 to the 1st traffic signal. The publix is on the left.

Pretty good stay but the screen around the pool needs fixing and pool needs to be cleaned couldn’t enjoy a swim. Also need new pool sticks we were using only one play against each other

water leakage

the pool had a hose running in it the whole week and it was never looked at. i paid for heat for the pool and it couldn't keep up because of the hose running. also, there is a leak under the house because it was coming up thru the floor in the master bedroom, we had to change towels about 3 to 4 times a day. we would appreciate a refund for the pool heating. thank you.

Room for improvement

The property is in need of some TLC to transform it from mediocre to excellent. It would benefit from a thorough clean. We didn’t expect to find a thick layer of dust on top of the tv unit, a very grubby glass door leading onto the lanai and a dirty pool amongst other things. Adding some colour coordinated bedding and decorations would help bring the property back to its former glory. Extra bedding would be a nice touch too! If you’re staying for more than a few days, an extra set of bedding is essential. Issues were dealt with slowly by the property manager with minimal communication. We felt that he was palming us off all the time. The neighbourhood is quiet and with the property backing onto the easement, makes it feel very secluded.

La casa tenia todo lo que necesitabamos. Lo unico a tomar en cuenta es que para usar la BBQ se debe contactar primero al administrador, ya que tiene una clave y no teniamos conocimiento al respecto

Nice property- terrible property manager

The property was as we expected- we stay every year and this was typical and clean. It is all on one floor, which is good. We had a misunderstanding about use of the grill, communicated it to the property manager, and he promptly evicted us! We were in quite a quandary, but the owner, who is very nice, soon contacted us and worked it out. Then one toilet didn't work, the property told us he knew it was bad and would be over in a couple days to install a new one. He then gave us instructions on how to fix it ourselves. We couldn't get the TV to work and the property manager would never come over to fix it. There was no instruction booklet explaining how to do things, as there is typical in all rentals. The cooking utensils were totally inadequate- we ended up going to Walmart to buy pots and pans. The stove broke, bit we were so frustrated with the property manager that we didn't contact him. IN SUMMARY- Very nice, clean house, nice owner, BUT I WOULD NEVER AGAIN STAY AT A HOUSE WITH THAT PROPERTY MANAGER!

Nice property

Clean house with comfortable and complete furnitures in a nice and quiet neighborhood. May need to bring more or prepare your own paper towels, bath tissues, napkins, shampoo, etc., if you stay longer.
