vacation

unfortunately my husband & I didn't actually stay at this location as my husband could travel out of country due to a recently diagnosed heart issue. However our children and a friend with her 2 children did. The biggest issue was that upon arrival the place was not clean(they clean it themselves) as well the wicker pool chair were breaking apart due to sun damge and was being tracked into the townhouse. The furniture showed alot of wear as well as the masterbathroom tub faucet needed to be updated. Also the electriccar charging units need to be better identified,they had rented an electric car and didn't find them until near the end of their stay.

Disney Vacation

It was very close to Disney. Perfect size for our family of four but could have accommodated more comfortably. The place was very clean. Provided some amenities that other VRBOs do not. Just a very nice place and was above our expectations.

Great place in a great location!

Hong is a wonderful host and owner - super responsive, kind, and flexible. Nice townhouse close to Disney parks, Walmart, and the US 192 which is a main artery with restaurants and shops. My kid absolutely loved the 'backyard' pool and we all loved the superheated resort pool, slides, and clubhouse! Having access to washer-dryer in the house was a huge help. Well stocked overall. Only limitations were that the house wasn't as clean as it could be, but that's on property management, not the owner. Mattresses could also use replacing soon as not super comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again if we could. Our first VRBO rental and it was all it could be and more.

Cozy and convenient

Cozy two story in a conveniently located and secure neighborhood. Perfect for our family needs as we were in and out everyday. We were able to cook and have meals at “home” and saved a lot of money by dining in. Amenities were just what we needed. After a long day, pulling into drive made us feel like we were arriving home…we loved it!

It was as advertised and would recommend. My only issue was with the cleanliness, but that’s on the cleaning people and nothing to do with the owner. Communication was awesome with him.

spring 2023 townhome stay

property was dirty, dark, cats pee smell when we arrived. spent two days cleaning ourselves. pool was so cloudy couldn't see bottom. dishes and cutlery was dollar store stuff. 5 large plates, 3 bowls, 4 slide plates, 1 face cloth, 1 dish towel. Old towels for pool use.. really run down. washed everything before we could stay there. was a very uncomfortable stay. Do not rent this property until owner does some upgrades. the upgrades advertised are false. (Oh the floor are finished yes). The property management company are absolutely terrible, actually laughed at us when we complained. Don't rent this property. furniture is falling apart. does not look like pictures at all.

Great!

This property was great for a family vacation to Disney World due to its convenient location - not just from being minutes away from the main gate, but also its proximity to groceries, restaurants, etc. The amenities within Windsor Hills - community pool / gameroom / playground made it a good place to relax on rest days from Disney.

Awesome getaway

Everything was great with a few minor issues, pool was always warm we used it everyday. Only issues we had was the batteries in living room tv remote were dead, there was only one trash bag to last us a week, as well as 2 rolls of toilet paper. The beds also weren't very comfortable for our liking. Other than that it was a beautiful house in a beautiful community.

Perfect spot for Disney

First, our original booking fell through 2 days before our flight due to Hurricane Ian. The owner responded very quickly to my inquiry as to the property's availability. Beds were great, everything was as indicated. Only had time really to sleep, hence the importance of comfortable beds. No chance to check out the Windsor Hills community, as it was was up, be at parks at open, come back, shower, sleep. Repeat. Literally, the only complaint was from my wife: "Needs more than 3 cereal bowls." Kids loved having their own room and showers.

Great location

Property was in a great location, so close to all the parks. The pool was incredible and the kids loved the slides. The pool and hot tub were open late, until 10 each night which was great to go to and relax after a day in the parks

Great Visit

Happy with our stay! Location is excellent. Property was as described! Comfortable and enjoyed our vacation! The question is…would I return! The answer is…absolutely! I am already looking at some future dates!! If there was any suggestions….upgrade to a Keurig Coffee Maker or at least replace the coffee maker there!

Just ok

The pictures for this listing were not accurate and it could really use a good clean and coat of paint. There was limited dishes for cooking and those that were present were well worn as well as no kettle for tea. The pool was very dirty and despite us asking for it to be cleaned no one came over our 7 night stay. There were also tiny ants and bugs in the kitchen area. The owner was nice and communicated well but overall the stay was very disappointing based on the information. In the listing. Make sure to inquire about pool heat before coming as we thought the pool was heated as it was included in the listing and too late to get it once we arrived.

Large Tubs, Perfect Pool

This property is very convenient for all things fun! It has a beautiful and well-maintained zero entry pool in the gated community, and even offers a grill/store for the essentials! We spent an entire day at the community pool, and were able to eat good food and the best kid's meals without having to make an extra trip. The home itself is very open when you first walk in. I enjoyed having my bedroom on the bottom floor, separate from the other two on the second level. It has a private washing machine and dryer (which is a must), and it's own pool in back. The tubs were nice and clean, and a favorite for my young family. I had a couple of questions while staying there and I received immediate responses from both the property manager and welcome center staff. I will stay here again (unless it's booked up, of course)!

Great resort area and owner

The owner worked with us to get us in a day early which was fantastic. Nice and roomy townhouse. Short walk to clubhouse/pool area.

Good stay near WDW

The condo was in a very nice resort. We did not spend much time there, most of our time being spent at WDW. Beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and appointed as advertised. One of our family used the pool and it was fine. I would certainly stay here again.

Not clean, accomodations not as described

The place was very dirty. I inquired ahead of time about cleanliness because I have a medically complex son and this stay was a for a few days extending his wish trip. I was assured it would be clean. On arrival, the toilets had straps on them saying they were disinfected. Upon removal of the strap, there was hair with gunk stuck to the seat. No way was the toilet cleaned. It was late at night when we got in so I went to use the kid's bathroom, and there were lots of little hairs on the floor. We also found the trundle was broken (we have 6 kids, which were all put on the reservation). And we didn't have bedding for the pull-out couch. They knew there were 8 of us staying there. So my husband and son slept on the pull-out couch with no blanket for 2 of the 3 nights. The pool was also dirty and smelled bad and was unusable. I emailed the address in the paperwork that night, and texted the phone number early the next morning. No response until an email later in the day that gave me a different name and phone number than the property manager in the paperwork. She was kind and apologetic, but by the time I got her info it was too late for her to do anything. So she couldn't have a new cleaner come or bring us bedding until the next day. So basically 2 of our 3 days were in a dirty house without proper accomodations. The whole house is in desperate need of new flooring, paint, etc. There was quite a bit of dirt, handprints, etc. all over the walls and doors. Still, I could overlook all that, but I could not overlook the hairs on the floor and the hair stuck in gunk on the top of the toilet seat, couldn't miss it, even though the seat had a "disinfected" strap on it. That is just unacceptable. They did clean better when they came the day before we checked out, but we were checking out early the next morning. I have requested a partial refund or some kind of compensation and the owner has not responded.

Ok, not great

The location was great, loved that fact that it was gated but the home was not up to the quality that my family is used to. My husband and I are doctors, we usually stay at high end hotels, so staying at a place with dirty carpets was a shock for the kids. A better cleaning crew is highly recommended. They need to do some detailed/deep cleaning of the floors and bathrooms. With that being said, the “water park” area was great. If you are looking for luxurious housing, I would not recommend but otherwise it is ok.

Great location and community pool; residence was old and in much needed TLC

Great location to Disney, restaurants, and shopping. Community pool was VERY warm and inviting. The new addition with waterslides and kid play area was EXTREMELY cold. So cold, in fact that we could hardly use it. The residence itself was VERY run down. Carpeting was very worn and dirty; and coming up in some parts. The bedding in the kids room was paper thin with stains. The trundle bed was broken, so we couldn't even use it. Very thin and limited towel supple. No pool/beach towels, we had to go out and buy our own. Very limited hot water supply. Only one person could shower at once and we needed to wait at least 30 minutes between showers. The pool attached to the residence was very disappointing. There was black mold along the edges and all over the outdoor furniture. I would not like my children swim in it. In fact, we never went out on the patio.

Great trip to Florida

Great location for the parks, close to shops, great resort and the house was very comfortable and had all that we needed for a great trip. We didnt use the outside house pool so cant comment on that.

Great stay and location!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The pictures are exactly what you get. The carpets could use some attention and the towels were thin but adequate. The location was perfect- very close to stores and restaurants. Disney was very close . We did not cook or use the small pool in the backyard so I can't review. The neighborhood pool was fantastic! Overall I would be happy to stay here again!
