Check in was an absolute shambles as we were not given a code for the door prior to arrival. Had to spend the first night in a hotel as neither myself or Vrbo could get hold of the owner. Promised a refund for the first night but yet to receive it and now the owner is no longer replying to any messages. The villa itself was nice but had a few issues. There were no outdoor cushions for the sun loungers and chairs as pictured in the listing. Told they had been damaged and new ones ordered but nothing turned up in the two weeks we were there. Outdoor pool area could have been cleaner and tidier, furniture very tired looking. Problems with plumbing in the kitchen - when the dishwasher was turned on water and bits of food came up through the main sink which was disgusting. One of the bathroom sinks also kept getting blocked. Cleaner also came at 10am on the last day but I was told in the one email I had that check out was 11am. In general very poor communication with out of date information and some TLC needed on the villa for repairs.
