Il bellissimo condominio si affaccia sul lago soleggiato e ha un ampio patio schermato con una vista straordinaria. Ci vuole solo 1 minuto a piedi da una piazza per negozi e ristoranti che è molto conveniente! Ancora più importante, sei solo 2 miglia da Disney e gli autobus navetta sono disponibili per te proprio in hotel, niente più preoccupazioni per rimanere bloccati nel traffico --- Ora questa è la comodità che non può essere battuta! (bus navetta: basta attraversare la strada dal sun lake resort).

Family vacation

Overall our stay was fantastic. The gate was confusing at first but once we got it, it was fine and helped us feel secure having a gated community. Plenty of room for our family, overall comfortable and located close enough to all of the activities we wanted to do without being right in the middle of the chaos. Only complaints were the master bed felt like it was going to fall apart if we moved the wrong way and the sink in the kitchen backed up a little whenever the dishwasher was running. Nothing that would stop us from staying here again, we had a great trip!

Great stay!

Very convenient location, close to Disney Parks, grocery stores and restaurants! Very clean and spacious property, it has everything that we need. Our kids like the club house. Great value! Really enjoyed our stay!

PROs- Close to Disney, Gated condo community off main road, very nicely decorated, walk to shops and restaurants, decent gym at clubhouse. full washer and dryer. full kitchen. some updated flooring. good WIFI. gaming consoles provided though we didn't use them. beds were comfortable. lake/marsh view from rear screened porch. CONs - Hard to get past the peeling paint and huge water spots on master ceiling. most of the molding in need of paint throughout. master bed has king mattress on queen box spring and squeaks at every move. water damage under sinks, vanities, and in sections of backsplash. minimal dishes/cutlery/cups etc. if you cook, you'll be doing dishes daily. missing lightbulbs and other silly maintenance items. SUMMARY - It looks like this unit was nicely done when first put on rental and pictures were taken, but not enough upkeep or investment since then. That said, we still enjoyed our stay. a decent place for the price if you can look past the CONs. (full disclosure - we own multiple rentals ourselves, though none in Orlando, so we are most definitely biased).

Nice property, with a but...

The property is very spacious and located in a perfect spot, close to all the WDW parks and very quiet. The stroller and crib included are also a great feature, very useful. Unfortunately cleanliness can definitely be improved, the floors were pretty dirty, we found hair in the bath tub and a used band-aid on the floor behind the toilet. There was also a pretty clear smell of urine in both the bathrooms, which did not go away even after cleaning the toilet bowls. The A/C filter needs a replacement too, and you can see marks on the ceiling close to the vents, meaning that the air coming out of them is definitely not clean. The water filter in the fridge also needed replacing as shown on the panel in front of the fridge, so we did not use it. A bit weird also that there were two hair dryers in the property and none of them worked. A third wall-mounted one was present in one of the bathrooms and that one was working, but it's curious that unusable items are left around the property. In general, the property was okay, but in our case, with young children that spend a lot of time on the floor, cleanliness is of paramount importance and this property doesn't have cleanliness as one of its strong points for sure.

Look forward to staying again!

We as a family enjoyed stay in this wonderful home away from.My husband said he could live there and the rooms and everything was put together beautifully. We look forward to making this a place we will book to stay on our next trip.

Nice place to stay.

Our experience with the property was excellent. It was not our original rental, but we were able to have our ruined plans fixed with this rental. Because of our host, Iverson Liu we were able to enjoy our family get together in a very clean and nicely decorated condo. Would definitely want to rent this property again.

A clean home close to the parks

We were very pleased with our stay. The home was spotless and it was very well stocked. It had everything we needed in a home except a casserole dish but I purchased one and left it for the next guests to use.. The parks were very close. There were lots of restaurants and shopping..I am looking forward to staying there again the next time we visit the area.

Fairly clean, but dated, with broken closet doors and window blinds. The land-line phone kept beeping...maybe there were messages on it that no one remembered how to get off??

Convenient, but there were issues.

The location was very convenient, and the size of the property was fabulous! However, upon arrival, we couldn't get into the property (the door code was wrong). After a full day of being at Disney World we were basically trapped in the parking lot with a car full of tired kids and groceries with nowhere to put them. We had a hard time getting in touch with the property manager. Eventually, after about 45 minutes on the phone with VRBO, we got a call back from the manager and they reset the door code for us. Once we finally made it into the unit, our only complaint was that the master bed was VERY uncomfortable. So uncomfortable, in fact, that my husband and I both ended up sleeping up on couches all 4 nights we were there. No accommodations were made by the manager for the issues we had on the first night, which I thought was pretty unprofessional, but by that point we were just happy to be able to get into our room.

Very nice home.

Had a lovely time here. Beautifully decorated, clean. Plenty of linens. Kid friendly with crib, high chair, etc. Host was attentive. Had a great view and saw lots of birds. Great screened back porch. Comfy beds. Nice kitchen. Well stocked with kitchen needs. Tv in every room. I would stay there again.

Wonderful rental in Kissimmee!

This rental was just as shown in the photos. Furnishings were in great condition and appeared like new. The kitchen had a good selection of utensils and all the pots and pans needed for cooking. The ice maker and water in the refrigerator door was a plus. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens and blankets and pillows. The bathrooms had an ample supply of towels of various sizes. Overall this unit was tastefully decorated and made you feel at home. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had about the rental and our request to reserve it. We were very happy with this rental and would definitely stay here again when we are in Kissimmee. Ken

Overall clean and convenient

Condo was convenient and comfortable. Only issue that we experienced was the fire alarms beeping and keeping us awake. Called to report and no one ever came to fix it so my husband had to turn that breaker of and remove all the batteries. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The Italian restaurant right outside the gate has amazing double decker pizza!!!

Nice accommodations at a great price!

Overall my family had a great experience staying at this condo. It was very clean and had everything you need for an extended stay in Florida. Great and fast communication with the owner, no issues whatsoever. For the price you can’t beat it.

Amazing place! Close to everything and great price

I was very impressed with the home. I brought my 3 boys ages 8 to 10 for a vacation from the cold of Michigan. The condo was beautifully furnished with all modern amenities that we could possibly need. It was close to many activities and stores besides Universal and Disney. We stayed for 7 days and the price was way more affordable than a hotel. I would definitely do this again and would recommend to friends. The booking and transactions were smooth. Thank you Mr. Iverson for making our stay comfortable.

Just as advertised

The condo was a second floor, three bedroom, well maintained, clean place to stay. From this location there is easy access to the Disney Parks and amble shopping, grocery, and restaurants very close by. Stayed only two nights and had no problems. Easy to find, easy access, and parking was never a problem. If I had to complain about anything, and it is very minor, we would have wanted a little more water pressure from the showers. With thick long hair, it took a little time to rinse out shampoo. Like I said, very minor complaint about a great place to stay.

Perfect condo in a great location

The condo was professionally cleaned and tastefully decorated. It's in a great location with walking distance to super market and restaurants. Disney parks are within 15 min ride. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return back some day. Thanks to the owner for prompt responses and keeping the condo in a great condition!
