Great place

There were 6 of us, but only 2 cups, 3 plates, enough cutlery for 4. Two sets of towels in each bathroom. We requested more of everything and they were brought up immediately.

Great Family Fun near Disney

Other than the check-in process and figuring out how to navigate the closest elevator, this was the perfect place for 6 of us. Clean, well furnished, comfy and the pools and water park were ideal for our down time from Disney. My only suggestion would be a few more kitchen utensils and microwave cooking dushes. Yes, some of us actuality cook!! Still a wonderful place to stay.

Our accommodation was excellent. I would recommend the resort to families.

My only complaint was the front desk was not adequately staff for such a busy time of year. Check in and out should be serviced different from general inquires by guests.

Hallways were dirty and had a terrible smell We had only a few towels Not the pans or silverware we needed Called many times to get towels and other items Never got them Called about our cleaning and towels They never came Tries to talk to manager three times left messages never hear back We stayed Sunday to Friday and didn’t have anyone come to clean or bring new towels

Perfect location for a Florida getaway!

This is a beautiful property and location for your family. A very easy check in process, easy to navigate the grounds and where to park. A short drive to Disney, took us less then 20 minutes from the time we left until we were parking to walk into Magic Kingdom. I was disappointed when we checked in to hear they use a 3rd party service for their “Disney” shuttles, The set times were awful. So don’t plan on using them for shuttle services. The property was very clean, but pretty minimal. There was coffee grounds, but no coffee maker, no dish soap to do dishes, no laundry soap/fabric sheets for laundry. It felt like a hotel stay, in a condo. The water park obviously is one of the reasons why you might choose this for your family stay! We spent a full day 10am-5pm at the park! It was a perfect day! No food or beverages allowed, so we snuck back out to have a picnic. But they do also have a bar/food right there! Rest easy and enjoy your vacation. This overall is a good pick!

Great stay and would come back

Clean unit, everything there however ended up calling front desk around midnight as there was a major fight/screaming in the unit above us. Security calmed everything down fairly quickly. Other thing is the sound proofing between units could be better, we could hear people walking above us and next door.

Needs a little TLC

Our unit was very spacious. We loved having the washer/dryer and kitchen set up. There were some things that needed attention. One of the guest rooms door casing was broke bad. My daughter locked the door and couldn’t open it back up from inside the room or us trying from the outside. We had to work with it awhile to get it to release. The trim wasn’t a little broke, it was splintered a good chunk around where the lock plate is. There were areas of grout missing around the tub. The dishwasher piece around the control panel fell off every time the door was opened. If we laid a towel down on the floor as a shower mat it would have brown stains all over it. Almost like there was rust seeping through the flooring. We loved the water park. Dining was good. The little store was very convenient. People were helpful and friendly. All in all enjoyed the stay, the unit just needed some attention in my opinion for the price.

Nice stay

This is a nice property, but unfortunately is showing some wear and tear after just five years or so of operations. First, some positives: Spacious room for the five of us to spread out; quick check-in, good communications. We like to have a few meals from our room when travelling as a family and the kitchen and dining areas were perfect. Bed was comfortable and rooms were by and large very clean. Our daughters loved the pool areas, but we would recommend booking chairs or a cabana in advance. We did and that saved us a headache in trying to find chairs. A couple of negatives: First, our unit had to be one of the worst ones on the property. We were farthest from the pools, but our 2nd floor deck area overlooked loading docks and trash bins and if that wasn't bad enough, the view past that was a swamp and construction site. The area also seemed to be the venting system for the whole unit as giant fans hummed constantly and that combined with the beeps from vehicles backing up made the deck area pretty worthless. This isn't all as bad as it sounds because there are areas to just get away and go sit outside, but just not from the comfort of your room. There were also some issues with the property in terms of showing wear and tear. A dresser handle was broken, a dresser top was chipped, very stained carpets in the hallway. We also found the layout of the property extremely confusing. It's ok if you're walking around the peremiter of the complex, but for us to get to the pool area included walking through a parking garage, then outside past the main entrance, then back through another parking garage. If you try to get anywhere in the complex indoors, you'll probably get lost. One final note. While not a big deal, usually when I see a VRBO property with pictures of decorations around the unit, those decorations are a part of the unit. In this case, there was some art on the wall, but anything else in the pictures that was meant to make the place look really cool are not in the property. In the end, while the list of things that could be improved is fairly lengthy, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again on a future trip to the Orlando area. A lot of nice restaurants nearby, plus groceries. 4.5 stars.

Very nice property but farther from the parks than I thpught.

Shuttles to the parks were limited so we only used them once. Also kitchen lacked storage and had very limited cooking utensils, pans, and plates. There were only 6 forks. We were also told there would be a keurig coffee pot and it was a very small regulat pot. We rented a cabana 1 day which was nice but it closed early at 5pm and we were told 7 pm. But besides these complaints the staff at the property were very nice and made our stay special and the condo was large and nice. Pools and grounds were also lovely. Would consider staying here again but would not plan on cooking!

Memorable

Check in was fast, resort looked very nice on the outside. When we got to our room at about 8pm sink was clogged. So I called to have someone take care of it. We left came back about midnight no one came to fix it, we call again and some came at about 12:45am. My brother went to lay in his bed after sink was fixed and OMG! His bed had urine in it!!! Called office back at at 1:30am they sent Vince awesome awesome man! He got his staff right on it but as further inspection on room we had no soap, shampoo or body wash all the containers were empty, stove was not wiped down, counters were sticky, master bathroom had used dental floss on the floor! If it wasn’t for Vincent I would have seriously just cried! My family didn’t get to bed till after 3:30am so of course our plans for the next day we’re ruined everyone was exhausted from being up so late not to mention an 18 hr drive to get there. The office manager called in the morning saying they would wave resort fees. SERIOUSLY that really doesn’t make up for family landing in a strangers URINE! And not to mention our next day schedule also ruined. We’ve never stayed outside of Disney and honestly saving a few bucks to stay at this resort was absolutely the wrong choice sooo not worth it. I have never had to leave such a terrible review before. The only five star this place gets from me is Vincent maintenance department.

Excellent space

This property was absolutely gorgeous. The villa was spacious and just enough room for a family of four. The added bonus was the pools and lazy river/splash park. I would love to come back.

Absolutely great place for families. The kids had a fantastic time swimming every day. We rented the cabana 2 of the days and felt it was well worth it! I also enjoyed the spa and the service was great. We will definitely be back.
