Only 7 minutes away from Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom

Located in the Crestwynd Bay Resort, our charming 1,360 sq ft condo is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit. The home sleeps 6 comfortably (8 w/ sofa bed). The home is equipped with high speed internet / wifi and 4 TV’s (all with cable). The gated property offers a community pool and playground (conveniently located off back patio). The property is 2 minutes from Walmart and 7 minutes to Disney World!! The home is clean and comfortable and we guarantee your stay will be hassle free!

The space
1st floor: Bedroom with full size bed that sleeps 2, TV, and ceiling fan. There is a full size bathroom with a walk in shower located in hallway next to bedroom (no private access). The fully equipped kitchen has an eat in dining room table that seats 4 and an extended countertop with additional seating for 2. The couch in the Living Room contains a queen size sofa bed. The Living Room also has a ceiling fan and 55” TV.

2nd floor: Master bedroom has 1 king size bed (with full private bathroom), ceiling fan, TV, and a pack’n’play in the closet. The washer/dryer is located in the hallway alongside an additional full bathroom. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin size beds with ceiling fan and TV.

Other things to note
There is a one time cleaning fee of $95. The house is thoroughly cleaned between guests and daily housekeeping is not provided. The home has strict no smoking policy. Smoking in the home will result in loss of security deposit.

Right place, right host!

Kevin was very attentive and helpful. From answering questions before booking to after our arrival, Kevin was responsive. This unit is very well-kempt and is well-represented in the photos. It's in a quiet, gated community which allowed ample, peaceful rest. Having a designated parking spot right in front of the unit is a major perk. Maybe a little light on kitchen utensils/tools if you plan on doing a lot of cooking, but for us it was adequate. There's not much within a short walking distance regarding dining or groceries so you'll need a vehicle. Although we didn't use it this time through, the pool area looks nice and relaxing. This location may be only 7 minutes from Disney World, but if you're planning on spending more time at Universal Studios be sure to plan in travel time. It's about 16 miles to the Universal Orlando Resort Parking Plaza from this unit and on average it took us 40-45 minutes to get there. Traffic is horrendous on the I-4. For a little more breath of fresh air from heaps of traffic, I'd recommend taking Apopka Vineland Rd to Wallace to Turkey Lake to Hollywood Way to avoid the chaos of I-4 & Universal Blvd. The route might be a few minutes longer but we only had 10's of cars to move with compared to 1000's on the I-4 exit. Just my two cents.So the unit was great, but Orlando traffic is not!

Amazing stay

If you are looking for a lovely stay minutes from Disney, this is an amazing choice! The parks are super close, along with tons of restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A private parking spot right in front was incredibly convenient. Check in could not have been any easier and communication from the host was clear and consistent. Highly recommend!

disney and golf

the townhome was just 10 minutes to the disney world parking lots and golf courses. 2 grocery stores and numerous restaurants nearby. The property listing said that soap and shampoo were provided. When I contacted the host I learned that this applied only to at least a weekly rental. Otherwise a great location for disney related activities and golf.

Spacious, Spotless Townhouse Near Disney

We enjoyed our 4 night stay in Kevin's townhouse. The location was very close to Walmart, many restaurants, golf courses and Disney. The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer came in handy. The pool was a short walk away. Kevin was very responsive when I had a question. We would stay here again.

Best Property for Family Near Disney/Universal!

My family loved this property - it was absolutely perfect for us!! It’s walking distance to Walmart (1 min drive), and 7-20 to Disney depending on traffic. We have stayed at many Orlando-area properties over the years and this one blew the others away in terms of cleanliness and stocked conveniences. Literally everything you think you will need is already there waiting for you - including laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwashing detergent, stroller, pack n play…I could go on and on!! In other homes we have rented, we have seen one roll of toilet paper in the whole place, no paper towel, etc, but that is certainly not the case here. Very pleasantly surprised by all the comforts provided, communication with the property owner was great, and the home layout was ideal for our family of 4. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The house was spotless, including what appeared to be new shower curtain liners in all bathrooms. All the beds had nice linens (not the cheap scratchy sheets we have had at other properties) and the mattresses were comfy. It was a bit loud in the community area behind the home a few nights, but it quieted down after the Christmas holiday. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Orlando - many thanks to Kevin the owner for a wonderful stay!!

Better than expexted

The townhouse looked really nice online, but, we were pleasantly surprised when we got there. It's a very nice place. Nicer than we expected. Very clean, great location. Shopping is maybe a half mile away and there are a lot of great restaurants near by. If you want to go to the amusement parks they're only minutes away. My wife and I rented it just to get away for a week and we had a great time. We will probably be making this an annual trip. Highly recommended.
