The property has a lot of space for a family and is really comfortable. Has everything you need to utilize the kitchen. It does have a washer and dryer. It is safe area with a gate guard and you can walk around the neighborhood. Seems to be really close to everything that Orlando offers. We were there waiting for Ian to pass so we did not get a chance to enjoy what the area has to offer.

It is as nice but a few spots on the carpet and broken shelf’s in the refrigerator a few roaches in the kitchen. Didn’t like the fact we had to pay to warm the pool after the high expense stay. Some strict rules and hidden fee. Fees was not discussed till arrival day.

Horrible, checked in roaches by fridge was told its florida that's expected, the ac went our after being there a few hours, seats broke. While we were gone I HAVE RECEIPTS AND VIDEO PROOF we were not there. We were riding the slingshot. We come back to a flooded house. A pipe in the wall broke on 2nd floor flooded house both floors and our personal belongings. THEY ACCUSED US !!!!! We were at the slingshot and they posted our videos online for even more proof we weren't there. Then told oh well figure it out and kept my money.

The location was nice. We have small children so the house pool was sufficient for them while we relaxed, and it was also nice to use the resort pool including waterslide and hot tubs.

Recommended but a few things to know beforehand

We checked in at the office & the staff was very friendly. All my questions were answered even when I called at midnight due to the AC. I would definitely stay again but just a few things: thermostat is set on 78°F upon check in & even though we set it to 74°F upon arrival the house didn’t cool down fast enough. We like it cold (70-72° F) so sleeping the 1st two nights was a little uncomfortable. By the 3rd day house finally cooled down. Another thing, don't put the trash out at night in the sealed container. The animals still managed to open it & scattered all the trash on the front lawn. Lastly, it would have been nice to know that only one roll of TP & paper towel is provided. I don't except them to supply all of our stay but at least give us a heads up (most hotels/villas/homes provide a few TP per bathroom). Same thing goes for dish soap. Only one very small bottle was supplied. The house, itself, was very nice. It had it's usual wear & tear but overall very pretty. We stayed in a 5 bed/ 5 bath house with a private pool. The pool didn’t have a rail for the stairs & it made it a little hard for our girls (ages 2,5,7) to get in & out. Kitchen utilities were perfect. Towels and linens are provided. Beds are ok. Pillows were super flat. Cleanliness was as expected. Quiet & safe neighborhood. Getting a gate pass was a little confusing. We had to get pass at main gate then drive out of that area & go to another gate & scan the pass there.

Huge disappointment

The first problem we had was trying to get inside the house the young lady we spoke with didn’t know how to unlock the door it took us 15 minutes to get in which we figured it out ourselves, then the spiders and spider webs everywhere including two showers and many in the tub! The tub was a huge disappointment it had brown residue from the water constantly dripping from the faucet. It looked disgusting I tried spraying it down it wouldn’t work so relaxing in the tub while on vacay was out of the question! Then the pool the bottom of the pool was absolutely gross it felt slimy and had a black dirt like substance at the bottom of the pool!

It was horrible! We had a sink leak the first night and the next day was without water for 3 hours then we had a bathroom leaks from the downstairs bathroom coming from the upstairs bathroom.It was crazy! So basically the whole weekend I could not enjoy my trip or relax due to cleaning up water all weekend making sure my kids don’t slip on bust there heads!!!!!

The house overall was ok. The fridge ice maker wasn’t working, the patio door was the worst to open and close. The shower heads are killer! You can’t adjust the spray and it’s on slice. Only 1 tv in the house worked. Despite those issues we pushed through the weekend and tried not to complain.

It was one of my worst experiences. Dishes was not clean good still had food on them, furniture is torn, stained, dirty. Had big ants all over the bathroom and bedroom, no satellite or cable only internet so you can only watch t.v in the living room it is smart t.v. for 500 dollars definitely wasn't worth it. I would not recommend that house to anyone.

Everything was wonderful definitely no complaints there were minor issues like scratches and blinds broken prior to arriving but besides that the house was wonderful and my kids loved it and had a blast

Everything was excellent the staff were literally a phone call or text away & extremely prompt responses. With covid19 & the restrictions starting to lift it was nice to be able to quarantine and have a pool in the back! The neighbors were great in keeping us updated about parking rules so no one would get towed. I would definitely book again! The kids & adults were extremely grateful!!!!

It was an average 3 bedroom house. It was very clean but had these little ant like bugs that kept multiplying. The safe wasn’t working and the community pool and playground was not as pictured. No games room either.
