La nostra casa è spaziosa (la più grande unità), luminoso e pulito e ha mobili di qualità in tutto. Si tratta di una facile passeggiata per la club house e piscina.
Godrete gli arredi confortevoli, arredamento moderno e cucina completamente attrezzata. TV a schermo piatto sono in ogni stanza, DVD Player e velocità senza fili a Internet gratuito, libero chiamate a lunga distanza all'interno degli Stati Uniti e del Canada.

Ci sono due camere da letto matrimoniali, entrambe con bagno privato. Due camere doppie condividono il terzo bagno. Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto, e materassi Memory foam.

Amerai il resort, con il suo complesso Resort Pool Due Acri, completo di Lazy River e Waterslide.

Ci sono due piscine, una piscina Beach Ingresso per i più piccoli, vasca idromassaggio, giochi per bambini, campo da beach volley, Tiki Bar, Biliardo, Club House e della piscina pranzo, bar, Health & Beauty Spa, Palestra / Centro fitness, bambini Consulenza estetica e intrecciare i capelli, coperta Parco giochi Banana Jack e Arcade e 24 ore su Desk.

L'Exclusive Gated Resort vanta che sono lussureggiante e ben curati. Il resort è ben curato e sempre in condizioni vetrina.

POSIZIONE, POSIZIONE, POSIZIONE!

Dall'altra parte della strada da Regal Palms è Highlands Reserve Golf Course, e nella piazza davanti c'è un Publix Alimentari e Farmacia, Resturant di Applebee, Pizzeria, Pub britannico, Banca, Bancomat, Centro medico e di altro ancora. Walmart Supercentre si trova a 3 miglia lungo la strada.

La nostra posizione è ottima. Ci sono 8 miglia da Disney e in posizione centrale a tutte le attrazioni e negozi. Spiagge costiere su entrambi i lati si trovano a breve (1 ora, 15m). C'è così tanto da fare che dovrai tornare anno dopo anno per sperimentare tutto!

My stay was incredible, the home was beautiful just as it was described in the photos and Mrs. Linda was very great and she responded when I had questions quickly. I would 100% refer this vacation home to others. The home is also within 10mins of Walmart, other stores & multiple restaurants.

The front area of this home is beautiful and very welcoming. Parking for 2 bigger vehicles. The first level of this home has 1 bedroom, the kitchen, 1 and half bath and the living area. It is all tile flooring. The couch was dirty when we arrived with hair and a few stains. Off the living area is a very small back patio with a few lawn chairs. We did not use this area as the chairs and concrete were quite dirty. The house had zero essentials, toilet paper, cleaner etc. this was in the description. The second level of the house has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and laundry closet. The entire second floor is carpet beside the bathrooms. The carpet was old and wore out. Needs to be replaced or cleaned. The beds were very comfortable and clean. All the rooms had newer TVs The AC worked great The resort area was excellent. The pool was very nice with no hidden fees. Resort is approximately 35 minutes from Disney area. Overall this is a very functional home and with a little better cleaning and a few minor upgrades this would be a 5 star home.I would stay here again.

Drive to Disney is not bad at all. For Universal studios is little longer than I expected, but overall is good location at very reasonable price with lota of space. Great place for a big family.

We loved this property! So much room for my large family. Everyone was so easily accommodated. We had an issue with the air conditioning that was dealt with promptly. The property also contained all of the baby things that we could possibly need including a high chair, pack & play, & stroller. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Linda was an excellent host. The house was the perfect space as our landing spot for our touring around Florida and she was quick to reply and always friendly and helpful. The main living space is bigger than two other models of homes we've stayed at in the same complex. Thanks for a lovely holiday, Linda! Look forward to future travels.

The setup was great for our group of 8, and we enjoyed the pool and water slide on our rest days! It's a solid 25-30 mins to get to the parks. We enjoyed ourselves there, and had prompt response for the one small issue we had and it was rectified quickly.

Nous avons séjourné à cet endroit avec nos 4 enfants. La communication avec Linda était facile et elle répond rapidement à ses messages. Tout était conforme à ce qui est écrit. Le site est tranquille et sécuritaire. La maison est propre et il y a beaucoup de rangement.dans les chambres. Endroit parfait pour se rendre à Disney et pour profiter des belles journées sur le bord de la piscine. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter!

I booked this place because of the size of the rental and the pool. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the hurricane. But we would definitely book here again for future Disney trips.

The sheets in the master bedroom had not been changed. Black hairs in the bed and the sheets were so old that they have fuzz balls throughout. They should have been replaced months ago. I would not return to this property

We really enjoyed our stay here! Fit our two families of 4 easily. The listing pictures accurately represent the property, the property was clean, and it was close to everything we needed (Disney, Universal, shopping, beaches). The pool area is great for kids/teens with the water slide and a small lazy river. Resort restaurant had good food and prompt service with friendly staff. If/When we return to Florida, I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The location was not far from all of the major parks and we loved the pool. The property was well maintained. Our only complaint is that we were told that the arcade was open till a certain time, so we went the one night to use it and they had closed it early. So that was disappointing for our daughter who we had promised we would go. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
