This property offers an upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, new paint, carpeting, new mattresses/bedding, furniture, and more! Also, ample rooms for 2 families with a private pool surrounded by palm trees and access to all resort amenities.

Enjoy the warm days whilst lounging around your private pool area. The patio area is furnished with two patio tables and six chairs. Around the pool, you will find two large loungers perfect for soaking up the Florida sun.

The first-floor en-suite master king bedroom has a large flat-screen TV and double vanity sink in the ensuite bathroom. As soon as you walk upstairs you will enter the second bedroom with a queen bed its own private balcony to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and relax. The double vanity sink bathroom then leads into the twin double bedroom that also includes its own mounted flat-screen TV to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. The second en-suite master king bedroom is located upstairs with a mounted flat-screen TV and private en-suite bathroom. The bathroom includes a bathtub to lay and relax and a separate stand-up shower. A large bedroom is located upstairs above the garage. This queen bedroom is complete with an "L-shaped" sofa and flat-screen TV, this bedroom includes a view of the pool that is in between the main house and the garage.

Terms And Conditions

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
